+ -1 moreAfter my initial call and leaving a message, it took so long for them to get back to me, I had forgotten about them. An appointment was made for an estimate, the rep arrived on time, and was very pleasant. He was unable to provide a written estimate because his laptop was being repaired, and he was out of business cards. He was to mail an estimate to us the next day from his office. That was two weeks ago, and there has been no further communication from them. I will not do business with a company that treats customers like this. Any one of these issues could be understandable. Take them all together, and it doesn't make a good impression.
Description of Work: Estimate was given for replacing metal roof over a deck on my mother's house that had been damaged by a falling limb.
