N-Motion Stone & Tile Restoration

There were two areas of work. Lots of travertine tile which had not been maintained property. They sealed the large holes, buffed adn honed the tile and put a fresh coat of sealer on it. On the kitchen ceramic tile, the grout was dirty and cracked in a few places. They repaired the ground and sealed it with a colored sealant, making the floors new brand new. The owner and I were both pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend this company, and would call on them if I needed similar work in my own home.

Mr. Hudson came out and gave me an estimate on the costs of getting everything done in my kitchen and entry way. He also gave me an estimate to get a stain out of the marble around my fireplace. The estimate in my opinion was very fair and he scheduled us in on his next open date. He arrived on time and called first to let me know he was on the way. He started right to work and cleaned the kitchen tile which included getting some old wax off of the floor that had discolored the tile. By the time he was through with that part the tile looked like new. He also filled in some grout that had come out over the years. He then colored and sealed the grout to make it look like new. The entry way was cleaned and buffed numerous times until it also shined. He was very meticulous and repeated the process until he was satisfied with the job. The fireplace marble was stained and etched and he hand sanded and buffed until it looked like the stain never occurred. Several times I thought he was through but he didn't quit until he thought it was right. Overall, I believe his work was beyond what I expected. I was so pleased I asked him back to clean and seal the tile and grout on a bathroom I had redone about a year ago. I highly recommend both his work ethic and his results.

I asked for an estimate to clean, seal and grout bathroom floors and shower tiles and to refurbish the kitchen countertops and a marble table. We also had an issue with other stone on the exterior. The estimator was very professional and honest about what he was comfortable with doing and what he was not. I applaud that since many will just say they can do anything to get the business. He was very professional and courteous. The first day he was to come by he did not come. He called later to say he got delayed and asked to come the next morning. The fact he did not call until later while I waited for him is why I gave him a B. When he did show up the next morning, he was right on time. He left saying he would come back that afternoon to do a test on a couple of areas but he never called or came back. I think because he was not comfortable doing some of the job we required, it made the overall job too small. In which case, he should just have told me. The fact he never came back or called is why I gave the company a C. Otherwise, they could have gotten a higher grade. Since he never returned or called, I also never received the estimate I requested even for the things he was comfortable doing. So my experience is very limited and I cannot speak to their quality of work. But I will not call them again.
