Legacy Renovations LLC

We began a kitchen and first floor remodel with Justin in May. After speaking to multiple companies, we decided to go with Legacy Renovations. The main reason for our choice was that Justin claimed he could take down an existing wall that others could not. We then put a deposit down with Legacy. On a subsequent visit it seemed that Justin had completely forgotten about the wall. We started on phase 2, with a start date on construction of July 11. In the meantime, Legacy made only a few rough renderings. We were offered one set of appliances. On their next visit Justin and Wendy dropped off a cabinet sample that was not what we discussed. We also received Pergo samples. We had talked about faux wood tile from the start. The Friday before we were to sign the final contract on Monday, we had made no more progress. I am sure we were about to sign a large check over. The biggest surprise, was that Justin figured came in at fifty percent over budget. We decided to let Legacy go at that point. I do not feel that this company is honest or ethical. Please take serious consideration before hiring Legacy Renovations

Legacy Renovations did a complete renovation of our kitchen and the results are amazing. Justin and Jon gave us great suggestions and their attention to detail was impressive. Everyone that worked on the project was courteous and professional. They have a lot of pride in their work and its shows. Would not hesitate to use Legacy again and highly recommend them.
