+ -1 moreI'm sensitive to ordinary cleaning products, and Joan has always been willing to use the non-toxic products I prefer. She is happy to work on cleaning the areas of my home in whatever order is most convenient for me. She's efficient, and takes extra time and effort to be thorough. For example, when she was here recently she worked on my flight of carpeted stairs with a dry scrub brush to get up all the cat hair. Joan is one of those people who actually loves to clean, and I can always count on her to fill my home with positive energy while doing a wonderful job.
Description of Work: I have been using the services of Joan Barnett's J & J Cleaning for several years. She provides top quality housecleaning at reasonable fees. She does the usual dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, blinds, etc. She is professional, reliable, punctual and cheerful and always has a positive, helpful attitude. She always asks for feedback and wants to make sure I'm satisfied with the work she's done. She often goes 'the extra mile' to be thorough. My home always sparkles when she comes to clean! She recently came in to clean my home after over 9 months of my not being able to do any major cleaning at all due to injuries from a car accident. She spent 5 hours one day on my downstairs, and another 4 hours on the upstairs a few days later. She even did some extra work at no charge that I'm still unable to do.
