Description of Work: Tested outdoor mold level and airborne mold in two areas of the basement. Also checked walls and floors for moisture. Did a thorough visual examination to determine extent of mold. Monitored humidity of basement. Provided a report as to findings and recommended procedures for cleanup. Answered my many many questions. Very friendly.

We spoke with Terry and he actually answered most of the questions over the phone (for free). We could have stopped there but just to be sure asked them to come over and do the test. They got the results back to us quicker than expected and they were exactly what they anticipated. He provided excellent advice on how to deal with the problem. Note that Heaton environmental only performs testing, which allows them to provide unbiased advice. Terry was a real pleasure to work with and I would definitely use his services again.

What they actually do is mold and mildew testing. I talked to Shawn and he gave me free advice over the phone that was excellent. It included some things that helped solve the problem but most importantly he referred me to the company that actually solved the problem. He told me that often times remediation can be avoided if you follow several suggestions. In my case it was extremely helpful but it was because of his recomendation that my problem was finally solved. Heaton Environmental was outstanding! It was free advice and he helped me over a several phone calls.
