"i had put down urgent on my project the night before they came to fixes it the next morning. it took less than 24 hours to schedule an appointment and they finished the job in less than a day which includes them coming to inspect the garage and giving me a quota and them finishing the job. they inspected and finished the job in less than 12 hours. although, it was a pretty expensive job. it costed $700-$800 including parts and labor to get the job done. they replaced the broken spring with a new spring, which is the main job because the garage collapsed the night before, which is why the project the so urgent and they took care of everything from the night the garage collapsed to the day they had finished the project, was less than 24 hours, just to be clear. 5 star out of 5 star would recommended for the quality of service. "I hired Balanced Garage Doors to replace two old wooden garage doors. The price of the job and the quality of the doors are decent. However, the quality of the work leaves something to be desired. Our installer left a decent mess after the work was completed, including glass shards from the old garage door windows. I also found one of the siding panels out of place and what appears to be minor damage to the metal flashing above the door. The installer came to fix the siding today. Regardless, the quality of work seems poor, considering I paid $3600 for the job."
