It went very efficiently. They came on the first saturday i had available which was the only time I could do it. Amber and Wayne were really good!

Just did not feel comfortable when I called to schedule the appointment. I then read a review that was a red flag.

Seemed to go fine except circuit breaker cut off and wouldn't come back on. Hired electrician who had to change breaker for $99.00. I think my allergies better.

They were on time and did a good job with the cleaning. They did not clean up that well after they were finished, there was some dust left behind. After they came out and performed the service, they sent me a bill for $265.30. I am confused on why I am receiving a bill and also why it is less that the deal paid.

great job. the only problem was that a wire was knocked off my furnace during the cleaning process, so we were left without heat for 2 days and required another firm to come out and fix the problem on a Saturday (which of course was not cheap)

I was a little disappointed up front because when I called to make an appointment they let me know about some fine print that was not clearly displayed on the deal that i had purchased- I have 2 HVAC units and this deal was only for 1 Unit so I ended up eating another $200 for the service I thought I was paying for- i expressed my concern with the consultant on the phone but nothing was offered to me at a discount. The two service members that came to the home were very respectful and did a great job except they forgot to turn one of my HVAC units back on Saturday to fix it without any hesitation. The service performed was well worth it and my dryer has never worked better and our vents are cleaner and our HVAC units are running more efficiently.

The team arrived on time and performed all services in a timely fashion. The only glitch was that the video camera was not working to show me the condition of the ducts before and after so the serviceman used a still camera instead which worked probably as well. After the cleaning my system worked so much more quiet I almost could not tell the fan was running. Highly recommend this provider.

Daffy Ducts came out on very short notice (they had an opening) to clean my air ducts and dryer vent in my 8 year old house (the service had likely not been done before). The crew was professional, polite, and thorough. They clearly explained what the service would be before starting, gave proper updates during the process, and were sure to replace everything correctly after completion of the job. Would definitely hire again.

The young woman that I spoke to on the phone was very professional yet charming. Great customer service The workers were excellent. They called ahead to let me know their ETA and when they arrived they were very professional explaining what needed to be done and how they were planning to do it. I was given complete explanations before and after the work was done. My only recommendation I have is that it would have been helpful to know ahead of time to identify the location of all of my ducts and clear the area in order for the crew to have access. That said I do think that it was my responsibility to figure this out.

I bought this service for my mother because she found what she thought was mold on her air vents. She said they called and told her about what time they would be there. They showed up in the time frame given and introduced themselves. They were there for about 2 hours. They found mold in the ducts and told her. Then offered to spray for $50 extra. She took them up on their offer since they were there. At the end they offered to scope the upstairs ac but she refused and will do that a later time. They were not pushy and very professional. She is extremely happy with the service.

Heating duct job went smoothly and quickly. The dry vent job was a beast. The dryer vent went from the second floor to the roof with several elbows. First attempt to unclog it used brushes on long bendable rods with vacuum suction which worked well and removed a number of clogs. Second attempt to unclog it used a 240 mph blower which completely cleaned the vent pipe. All messes in side the house and on the roof were cleaned up perfectly in all ways. The two people doing the job - Amber and Wayne were patient and great in all respects. Natasha back in the office was very responsive and helpful throughout. Thanks for great service

Matt, the Operations Manager took care of an issue that I wasn't pleased with. He phoned me to say he was sending out a tech to complete the job for the original quote with no extra cost since I was quoted two different amounts. Matt also followed up with another phone call to ensure, I was completely satisfied with the work. Thank You Matt, and I plan to use Daffy Ducts again.

The technician quoted me a cost of $180.00 to complete the service requested. When the technicians arrived they were very professional and courteous, I have no complaints about the dryer vent cleaning. The bathroom deflectors I purchased were the incorrect size and new one's had to be ordered. When the tech's returned to install the new deflectors, I was told it would be an additional $120.00 charge because the original tech that came out, quoted me the wrong price and was no longer with the company because he showed up for work that day drunk. Not happy with the outcome, will probably not use this company again!

They were able to make it out in a few hours, which was fantastic. They cleaned the dryer vent and replaced the flex hose for $140, which seems a little pricey considering they were only here for 45 minutes. The dryer is working noticeably better and since they were so quick to get here we will certainly use them again.

Tech showed on time. The service used a vacuum with a brush on the end of a pole. Service took about 2 hours. The dryer vent was not done until I insisted. I was NOT given my video! I pre-paid, and therefore, the owner of the company would not refund me even a portion of the service fee. I was not told there would be no video before the service was scheduled.

Eugene and partner arrived within specified time. They explained the service thoroughly and demonstrated. The service was reasonably priced. Their duct camera was broken however.

No complaints about this service. They were very courteous.

I would have liked my boiler to be cleaned also, in order to have a better flowing system. Aso, if Daffy Ducts has someone who can repair a thermostat I would really be interested.

Excellent service for cleaning our laundry dryer vent and in/around/under our laundry dryer. Service technician was pleasant and thorough.

They did work for us about 3 years ago. They cleaned our air ducts. They did a good job and we were very pleased. That was the first time that I had used them. They came out and did what they were supposed to. They were nice and polite when they came out and only one technician came out to do the work.

They did work for me at my sons home about 3 years ago. He had an upstairs dryer that was not drying. They did all the work, they were efficient and they reasonably priced too. For them to have to get on the roof on a 2 story home and do everything that they did; I was very pleased with their service.

They came back for us in early spring to do air duct cleaning. There were 2 employees who came out. They arrived on time, they did a very throughout job – with no mess what so ever. They did the work for about 4 hours; with no breaks. They were very friendly and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them. I also heard about them through a HVAC company and they offered a discount, because they found out that that was the company who recommended them to us.
