Tracy and Lamonte were the technicians that came to clean the ducts. They were nice and courteous. They explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions. They were quick and thorough in cleaning the ducts and vents. Excellent experience!

Even though VERY PRICEY, this guys came out on time; they had all the proper equipment to get all the way to the middle of the air ducts from both sides; they removed a HUGE amount of debris after my air ducts were just CLEANED by AIR PRO a year ago; they removed, washed by hand, scraped with a brush, and dried outside all air vents covers - overall, they did an excellent job. The only complaint that I had is that even though promised, they didn't do very good job cleaning up the debris from the floor, and I had to vacuum the whole house myself.

Did not seal ducts so mold was spread throughout house. Did not clean vents.

One woman did all the work for me. She cleared the line of all debris, and it was very full! She probably took five gallons of lint out of that line. She was extremely thorough and professional, and the price was fair.

I scheduled them to come out to clean the dryer vent. After about 30 minutes, they found out that the dryer vent was broken in a couple spots within the wall. They were unable to do the work and unfortunately there was a $75 fee even though the work didnt happen. They did however identify a problem area. The techs were nice and tried, but it couldnt be done. I do suggest possibly using disposable foot booties over the shoes for times when its wet out so that when techs come in and out, there is no tracking dirt.

Things went well. My only comment afterwards was a little debris left on the floor but overall most areas were clean under the vents. They explain what they are doing and answer any questions that you have. An added touch was the scent left in the AC vents but after 2 days, I really don't smell it any more although it should last 2 weeks. It was great while it lasted but I was more concerned about the cleaning of the vents and an added bonus since I'm learning how important my plenums are that they were cleaned as well. I would hire them again for this service in the next 3 - 5 years but probably closer to 3 years to make sure they stay clean. We spend the most time upstairs and of course those were the dirtiest from the pictures that I was shown. I was just happy to get them clean. Hoping it helps to create a cleaner environment in our home since the air and heat come through these vents.

I bought their Angie's List package for $374 - unlimited ducts. I have 23. My renovation estimate from the builder was $40 per duct at over $900. Amber, DD's operations manager and another worker showed up exactly on time, gave me great advice on some things going on with potential for mold. Amber built a cover for my air filter exchange, she taped up a very large unconnected duct in my attic. Over delivered! I do have to say that a lot of mess was left behind. I've been sweeping up remnants from the duct cleaning all day.
