Description of Work: They were tidy and cleaned vents and gratings. One thing I suggest is that perhaps they offer to debrief their clients after they complete the job or even during the job offer to show clients before and after services.

Description of Work: Overall the services performed were adequate, but they did not turn back on our AC unit when completed. The only way we discovered this issue was when we had to have an HVAC technician come out and inspect our air when it wasn't working after the completion of the job.

Description of Work: Professional and prompt; costs were same or more than metro D.C.- which is expensive. Their promo package included only single HVAC unit homes - no mention in their promo ad of "add on" costs. Would of liked full disclosure of costs before buying. They did a good job but it wasn't cheap.

Description of Work: They clean about 40 years of dust out of the air ducts in my new house. The house now smells wonderful and the air is fresh and flowing much better. I will see them in about 2 years! They were all very informative and very professional!
