CertiPro has done several paint jobs for us over the years and we have always been very satisfied with the final results.

They gave me a very fair estimate on refinishing my deck and re-staining my screen porch floor. The workers were on time and very professional. The job was completed on time Bill Sharp came to inspect the work after completion to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I will have them back in the spring to refinish my front door and side panels.

I want to thank Certapro of East Metro Atlanta for the ecellent workmanship they did on the outside painting of my house, especially the dormers and my deck which had been ruined by the paint from a big box store. I rate their work as 5 star. Thanks

From first contact, to getting the estimate, scheduling of the work, and completion, the time to get the job done was quicker than I expected. The crew that worked at my home were skilled, professional, and gave me a high quality result. I will definitely use them again.

The job was given to CertaPro of East Metro Atlanta because they gave us a fair estimate and a resonable timeframe to complete the job. Our house required minor repairs to soffits and some trim work, but that presented no problems to complete for CertaPro. The workers were timely and very professional in their work. They thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. We were very happy with the overall result -- A house that looks brand new!!

It was good. We had lead paint that they had to scrape off and take away and they did a great job.

Bill was excellent from the word go. Provided great support in making paint selections, oversaw the work was done as desired, and following a post-paint walkthrough ensured any/all touchups (including those he found, but we didn't) were promptly addressed.

Very smoothly. From the very start, everything went off without any problems. Bill Sharp was very helpful in making sure the work was done correctly and up to both of our standards. The crew did a great job. They were very courteous and professional. Overall, we were very happy with the job, and the pricing.

Two people came out to do the service and it took them a day to complete the job. They cleaned the area before they left. This was our first time using them.

The experience with Certa Pro was excellent! This was the second time I have used them and I will continue to use this company in the future. I wanted to check their pricing so I had two other companies give me an estimate before I chose Certa Pro and found out that Certa Pro's prices were not only competitive but less than their competitors. They suggested work that they thought needed to be done which I was very thankful for as I did not know of the needed repairs. The team that did the work was outstanding! They were courteous, explained everything they were doing, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and treated my property as if it was their own. They even went above and beyond their job description and repaired my door bell that was not working! I highly recommend Certa Pro for any paint job - inside or out - that is needed on your home.

Everyone in the business is extremely professional and courteous. The owner, Mike, is a good, honest and fair business person that cares a lot about his workmanship, his people and making the customer happy. The foreman, Juliene, managed his crew well and were very clean with their work. Juliene takes great pride in his work and it shows. We consider him an artist with the level of detail and effort he put into the job. We will definitely be using them again and are recommending them to all our friends!

They did a really great job. The price was pretty competitive with anything else I looked at. They were very responsive. I was pretty much never there. They just came out and got the job done.

They were great. They were fantastic. The guy provided the proposal timely and did what he said he would do. He was very reasonable. This company came as a referral from another friend. He was very courteous. When we started out with him, he sent out a great crew. They wrapped up when they were supposed to and they did a perfect job. They cleaned everything up. The crew was also very courteous and very polite. I do not have any dislikes about them.

They did a fine job. No problems with them. They were trustworthy and did exactly what I asked for even though I was in another state. I selected the colors and they picked up the paint and did exactly what I asked for.

The experience turned out very well. They always do a great job. They are very professional, and they clean up very well. I have used them some 4 or 5 times.

The crew arrived as schedule ,I was told that the crew would dust or clean walls b4 painting but they did not . I was pleased overall but I had to point out several problems that were corrected once discussed with the foreman.The crew just seemed hurried .Overall I'm pleased with the work done.

First of all we did not realize Certa Pro subcontracted their work out, Mr. Sharp told us on more than one occasion he had three crews and they had been with him for quite some time. When we had our initial consultation with Mr. Sharp we went over everything that we wanted done, he was given very detailed instructions about certain specifics, over a month later when he called to let us know when his crew would be there to begin work he showed up with three men. We had previously emailed Mr. Sharp about some changes to which he stated in his email he would send us a revised proposal asap, which was never done, he seems to have difficulty remembering what we talked about, he should learn to make notes and add them to a person's file, it was very distracting, annoying and left us with a trust issue. On site he went to his vehicle and wrote up on his computer another proposal which in the end was oriented to him and his men with nothing to benefit us but that was our fault, we just felt a bit pressured since the men were here to paint and the new proposal did not allow us time to thoroughly read and think about what was proposed. We had told him right up front the first time we met with him that his men were to find their own restroom facilities, when this was mentioned on site he acted as if he never heard this before, to be so young he has memory issues. We felt the men rushed, the trim is embarrassing it is so badly "painted", they taped up some things but not much, we have spent a great deal of time cleaning off paint and spatter. The other issue was the fact we were very specific about hand rolling the house itself, well when the men brought out a sprayer, we asked them about it and then called Mr. Sharp, he said that was how they did it but that is not what we asked for, we just feel he thought we would let it all go and not say anything. The whole process was an ordeal. His crew had us running to and fro trying to find which breakers turned off the patio lights so they could be removed and we could paint them, ( the initial proposal he hand wrote they would paint them, but he removed that on the final one which we did not notice as we were so rushed). By the way when they reinstalled the patio lights the breaker immediately blew two days later when we turned them on, they did not bother to check them after putting them back up. The men were asked and notes written to use the older paint first, they immediately used the new, they just did what they wanted to ensure they exited our property as fast as they could and move onto the next job, we were extremely disappointed and still feel the sting. We were also told at the initial meeting with Mr. Sharp there would be a walk through at the end to make sure we were happy, the foreman just asked us to sign the paper and we were wanting them to leave, they were given a tip which they never deserved, the foreman did a repair on the side of the house, we felt he was looking for extra money as he was at our house one more day than initially planned. The rest of the time he never did anything without looking at the proposal, let's just say they weren't going to do anything extra. We thought we had hired a company that would do a good job, we sure had the rug pulled out from under us. Certa Pro would not be a priority on our list the next work we get done that is for sure. Jobsite clean up was less than desirable. Bill Sharp never once showed up while the work was being done to check to see how things were going nor was he there for the so called final walk through he initially told us would happen.

The crew of three was prompt and professional. They had excellent attention to detail. They did a better job than any other painter I've had in the past, and were very careful with the furniture and fixtures. Bill, the owner, is professional, prompt, and all things you could ask for in someone working in your home. They were less expensive than a previous estimate I received, and had the work done on time in about 1 1/2 days. I will be calling on them the next time I need painters.

Bill Sharp could not have been more professional. They were slightly more expensive than other quotes I received, but well worth the price. Used higher quality paint than all others quoted. First thing I was shown was proof of insurance, workmen's comp and safety certification. That gave piece of mind. At the end of initial meeting, I was given detailed printout of exactly everything we had agreed on that would be done. I had asked for them to work around a specific week, and they ended up being able to start early to accommodate my schedule. The team that showed up on the job was great to work with. Miguel and his sons were very courteous, easy to communicate with, cleaned up everything every day. Worksite was kept cleaned up even while they worked. Checked in with me often to be sure I was satisfied with what they were doing as they went along. This was important because by the time we did the final walk around, there was nothing else to do. Bill Sharp came around often to double check. I ended up adding several additional things in to the work list as we went along, and some of it he did not charge me extra for even though I would have been willing to do that. Bill even helped with color consulting and found exactly the color I described to him that I was unable to find myself. Overall excellent experience.

Excellent results! Mr. Sharp's experience in carpentry repaired the 6 columns in the front of the house to conform with the integrity of the home. His crew was prompt, courteous and professional. As additional work to the home was completed, Mr. Sharp's crew returned and did touchups as necessary. Working with Bill was a pleasure. He answered my questions and took my input into consideration when developing his plan of completion.
