Description of Work: Renovate a 1958 kitchen, herb room and dining room. Opened these areas on three sides. Added support beam between kitchen and dining room. Designed space for essential appliances to fit on a 12.6" wall which looked into the garden. Added an island, and tall pantry. Added a half wall to distinguish the kitchen from the den. Repaired plumbing in the crawlspace which had developed a leak. Worked with a master electrician to remove superfluous/dangerous wiring throughout the attic and "cleaned up" the electric panel. Installed an outlet and connections from the electric panel to the carport for a generator in case of power loss. Installed a new glass accented kitchen door and retractable screen. Installed led lighting under counters, over cabinets and accent led lighting on the island. Supervised my purchase order for all cabinet sizes for kitchen, island and pantry. Brady also coordinated with the hardwood installer and the granite installation.

Description of Work: Powder Bath and Master Bath

Description of Work: Carpenter Plus remodeled my whole kitchen from cabinets to flooring and appliances. Plus replaced stair railings from wood to iron.

Description of Work: We had hardwood floors put in our living room and hallways upstairs, and a remodel of the guess bathroom. Cabinets were refinished. Tile was put down on floor and backsplash for the sink. The light fixtures were changed, and the bathroom was painted. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were painted to requirements for each of our children. The stairs to go downstairs were rebuilt to support heavy traffic. The basement was finished. A floating floor was put in from the stairs through the sitting library room to the downstairs living room. An in-wall bookshelf was custom built, and a hardwood floor was put in the office. The office was finished with a custom closet for office supplies. The basement floor plan was redesigned so that two more rooms could be added with closets, a full bathroom with a tiled shower, and all of the ducts were repositioned to establish ten foot ceilings. Each bedroom has the thickest padding and the softest carpet in them, and the floating floor was continued to another open office for my wife which flows into a multi-purpose room. The multi-purpose room is being used as a playroom for the kids, and the inner bedroom is being used for a prayer room. He also created a huge supply closet, and hung up our TV with in-wall sockets to hide the cords behind the TV.
