Aire Central Heating & Cooling

Andy of Aire Central replaced the fan motor and capacitor. While he was here he cleared the coil drain and about 4 gallons of water from the drain pan.

I've been using them for ten years. I have a contract with them and I only pay them in the spring. I pay them $200.

Ulises came out promptly and gave me an estimate, describing exactly what was required from an HVAC perspective, as well as describing to me what was required to upgrade my electric system to accommodate the changes. He said that he would work with the electricians and plumbers to make sure there was a smooth transition to the new central air system. I was very pleased with this contractor. He did what he said, when he said, on time and within budget. There were a couple of change orders, however they were always explained up front and were reasonable and easily understandable and verifiable. Unlike my experience with my other trades contractors, Aire Central was a true joy to work with. I really appreciated the quick response to my phone calls, continuous updating on the progress of the work, etc. I will most certainly call them again when I have another renovation project.

I contacted the company to get a quote on the system I was interested in. An appointment was scheduled for a technician to come to my home to do a complete assessment for free. Once the evaluation was complete the technician gave me a couple of other options to consider and was not pushy. He followed up with me a few days later to check if I had any questions on the information he provided. I decided to go with this company because I received courteous service and did not feel pushed in any way. The technicians showed up in the time frame that was scheduled and went right to work. They were professional and answered the queries I had while they were installing the AC system. Once they were done, they walked me through the work they completed and showed me how to use my new thermostat and how to keep the unit working efficiently. Overall, I was very happy with the service provided.
