After getting several estimates from HVAC contractors, with long printed list of all items needed to for the job, I decided to have Larry from A1 heating and air condition do the work, he came highly recommend from a friend that had extensive ,work done on a very large house, the home owner was very satisfied with the workmanship and price. I used Larry's service when I first moved into my home in March 2013, for a furnace repair. A Later evaluation of the HVAC system upper level and basement, repairs were necessary or a new system to be installed due to the age of A/C and furnace. I called Larry on monday he said he could remove and install a new furnace and A/C on tuesday within 3 to 4 hours. True to his word he and the installer arrived at 9:45 am. He gave the technician instructions as to what was to be done, and said he had to go check on another job. assuring me the worker was a professional with many years of experience, that he would be back to check out everything. The work was completed up and running by 2:30 pm. The only thing, was the unit was rather loud the tech said Larry adjust the noise level according to spec. When Larry returned, he made the adjustment, answered any questioned I had. Everything is working great! I am confident that I made the right choice by using A1 heating and air conditioning. I still have the basement that needs to be done, he will be the one to do it. I give this company A+ rating across the board.
