Everything was done as described. We had no problems or concerns.

I rarely post reviews but this one deserves it. This was my first time using their services. Very professional and honest. Guided me that I don’t need that gas line moved and my oven will fit in perfectly fine. He did a measurement for me too. Did not even charge me. My problem got resolved as I followed his directions. He could have easily done it and charged me for it. This type of service wins it for me anytime!! We need people and companies like these this day and age. Excellent customer services and felt very comfortable.

I was given an appointment time of 8-12. At 11:45, I had to call them to ask them when someone would be out to my house. I also told the dispatcher that I wanted to talk to management. She replied that he was busy at the moment but would call me back. I will give them credit for getting someone out to me by 1245. Cody was a very nice guy and explained everything to us. He was very professional and I have no complaints about him. My issue is that I was NEVER contacted by management, even though I had asked two separate dispatchers. I was also told that the price charged by the company was about $300 more than average. T The dispatchers and the field employees were all wonderful. The management left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be using them again.

The tech went over and beyond to get my septic tank repaired. He saved me thousands of dollars for repairs that competitors were wanting to charge for the same repair. It’s almost a year now and no problems to report. This is definitely a company worth using.

Wonderful. My tech Michael was phenomenal. He was prompt, professional, precise. He immediately diagnosed the problem. He was very honest and upfront about the problem and cost to repair/replace the problem. Impressive

Terrible! I called to ask how much it would cost to see what the issue was with my faucets. I was told $59. The guy took all of 15 minutes to decide I needed to replace the 2 faucets and it would cost $1000. $1000?! I declined and verified that I would gladly pay the $59 service. He swiped the card and I didn't really pay attention to the invoice. Then I noticed that I was charged $100. I called 3 separate times trying to get a manager. Then when he finally called, he was very rude. He argued that $59 was just to show up at the door and do nothing. Then they also charged an hourly rate for the diagnosis. I told him that wasn't what I was told, but he refused to refund me. So after getting a different plumber who is only charging $150 parts & labor, I have also disputed the extra $41 with my bank.

It was a disaster and ended in a $40k insurance claim of which they only reimbursed $20k.

Preston and Josh were great. They were informative and helpful. They understood the problem and provided several options to repair the tank. I will definitely call them again. Thank You!

It went really well. Better than I expected. Work was awesome. Knowledge was A+. The 2 guys working are the best.

John was quick to note the problem and was patient in showing me exactly what he had found. A former plumber had used a pipe that was too short when trying to connect to the pipe that would be carrying the water on out. The short pipe caused the second pipe to angle and the water could not flow properly. The force from the water leaving the sink had knocked loose the pipes and caused the disconnect. John also found another pipe that also was set at an angle that caused water to back up rather than flow on out.

It went very well. Brian was very thorough. He did an excellent job. It took a little longer than he expected (for the toilet). But he kept me informed, was very polite and I was happy with his work.

He was exceptionally courteous and professional and made sure that I understood the scope and cost of the project before beginning the work. Very well. Brian P was very honest and forthright about the issue. He said he could dig down to try and find a leak but had some simpler, innovative ideas and determined we didn't have a leak after all. Some form of drainage from our neighbor is surfacing in our yard. It saved us a lot of money by him not spending hours to find a leak that wasn't there.

Everything went well with a few incidents that caused a less than excellent evaluation. 1.- After my cable line was exposed it was snapped by the backhoe. Shannon was very apologetic and said he would make a temporary repair before leaving so I wouldn't be without until I could schedule the permanent repair. Which he did. 2.- The area where the digging took place was left poorly raked with large chunks of soil and indents where the holes were dug. Soil not raked into the holes sufficiently. I'll wind up doing this myself. 3. There was a very large oil leak from the truck pump which left a very large oil puddle and stain in front of my house. Shannon spread something over it and said that should take care of it, which I was grateful for. By the afternoon and traffic driving over the stain it was poorly absorbed by the product used so I applied a bag of absorbent over the stain again. This seems to have minimized the spreading of the oil that was not absorbed initially.

Antonio came out on a Sunday, not just any Sunday - Super Bowl Sunday. We were having issues with our septic system. He was very professional and he explained a lot in a way that I could understand. It was a very good experience and everything was all fixed when they left. When I need The Pink Plumber again, I hope it's Antonio who responds to the call. Actually, I don't. I hope he has moved up in the company to at least a management position by then. This service tech really knew his job!

Brian is professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Knowing he will be the person to complete the work, Pink is at the top of my contenders for the job.

This was the third time that Pink Plumber came to fix leak in kitchen ceiling coming from bathroom shower above it. It appears that the leak was misdiagnosed the first two times by Jack as he thought it was the pipe that was leaking and so replaced it on March 6th. After it continued to leak, TJ explained today that it was a installation (sealant/puddy) problem surrounding the shower drain. He could easily move the drain with his hand, so re-sealed with a stronger sealant. I would like TJ to be compensated in some way for the time he spent to diagnose the problem accurately. Jason was extremely professional and courteous. He performed the work required while being careful to protect the work area and my hardwood floors. I will definitely be using this service again for any future plumbing needs.

Great! the dynamic duo explained each step as they worked and were very efficient. They worked very well together and the job was finished in a couple of hours. The $3500 was very well spent.

Brian was punctual. He was friendly and smiling and laughed when I kidded him about his pink truck. My son was here and spent the time outside with the men while they worked. He told me all the details of the work done. He was impressed with Brian’s knowledge and surprised when Brian asked if I was a senior citizen. I am and was given a discount. Thank you for that. I paid Brian when they were done. The cost was reasonable. The men professional and friendly. The area they worked was left tidy and finished. Without proper maintenance a septic system is a problem. With my constant and regular monthly maintenance, and daily vigilance, plus the Pink Plumber coming every two to three years, I know we are in good hands. Call the Pink Plumber, you will be glad you did.
