The Pink Plumber

First, I asked the scheduler many questions about pricing. She said no more than $149 plus $29 dispatch fee with the information I gave her. When the technician showed up, he said it could cost over $300. Of course, when he opened to tank, he said it was going to cost $307 because the tank was full. Again, I told the scheduler it was full and she told me $178. Then, the technician rang my door four times so I can come out for him to try to sell me upgrades. Lastly, the technicians made no effort to save our sod and now we have a huge muddy mess in our front lawn next to our front door. Previous septic pumpers did a nice job putting the grass back and making it look respectable. I deserve this by trying to save money. Do NOT use large septic companies. Use the smaller companies your neighbors use. TERRIBLE Experience!!

The rep that did the work (Preston) was very helpful in explaining what they recommended and why that was important. He gave me multiple price point options and made sure that I understood what would be done for each option. The event: Came later the same afternoon after being requested. Assessed the project, determined he didn't have the parts on the truck to do the job correctly, and that it was too late (3;30pm) to get the parts and get back to get the job done. We agreed to have the project done the following morning. After having trouble getting all of the parts on such short notice, he came back the following day, went right to work, and finished about 2 hours later. PROS: Was extremely pleasant throughout the encounter, and was a pleasure to work with. Did a really nice and neat job. CONS: Price as quoted ($2370 for 15 feet of 1" gas line in a fully exposed drop ceiling) was much higher than I thought was a fair price, but I really didn't have the time to shop further to resolve the urgent situation.

Jason B. did a fantastic job! The job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated but he handled each situation skillfully and professionally. Jason's tireless efforts and numerous trips into that crawl space gave me a greater appreciation for the effort involved and the competence with which the task was performed. I was also impressed with the estimating, scheduling and communication from The Pink Plumber organization. They are a first class act and Jason is one of their star performers.

Excellent. Technician arrived, told me what needed to be done and in less than one hour, it was complete!

We had two water lines burst and had David F with the Pink Plumber replace both lines. He had told us that the polybutylene piping lines we had were recalled several years back. We did some research and the recall ended in 2010. David gave us a quote to re-plumb the whole house. Then a third pipe busted and we knew we need to have the complete house re-plumb. We requested 3 other quotes from other plumbing companies and were surprised at the different quote amounts. One plumber didn't show up, a second was 2000.00 more, the third was 3500.00 more and the Pink Plumber (taking into consideration the lines they had already replaced) was the winner cost wise. Pink Plumber offered us the best value and warranty. David showed up (by himself) on Wednesday to do a three day job (we were sure it would take longer with him doing the job alone) but he assured us he had done several re-plumbs and it would take about three days. One of the positive things was he was leaving us with water for that night. The other plumbing companies had told us we would be without water for 4 to 5 days. Keep in mind we had already removed the ceilings and most of the walls for the work to be done.The first day David actually worked until he got to a point that he could turn the water back on for us to use that night ( capping all the open lines). Then he showed up the second day and worked until he completed the job. YES, I said complete the job in two days).Then came the big moment....when he turned the water back on.... NO LEAKS.....Everything was perfect! Not even one drip from any of the lines. He is extremely professional and cleaned up behind himself everyday. HE IS THE ONLY PLUMBER WE WILL EVER USE OR RECOMMEND! I have put Pink Plumber and David's name out on social media recommending them for any plumbing needs to all my family, friend and everyone else. Next up I am going to use the PINK PLUMBER septic service. I have included a picture of part of the completed plumbing for the upstairs bathrooms.

We discovered we had a slow leak in our water line located inside the wall between our half bath and coat closet. It had been leaking for a while and had damaged our hardwood floors in the closet, hall and formal living room as well as the carpet in the family room and the bathroom flooring. We needed a plumber ASAP and the only thing I could think of was the Pink Plumber from the commercials. They sent David F to our rescue. He came in and analyzed the situation and started explaining everything. He was going to bust a small area of the concrete and replace the piping. He gave me a quote and told me about the recall on the polybutylene piping lines. He went into detail about why the piping had been recalled and told us the recall had been over for several years. He answered all of our questions and started the repair. The repair required cutting into the wall as well as busting concrete. While he worked I researched the recall and continued to ask him questions. He answered each question in detail with professional and knowledgeable answers. He cleaned up behind himself and presented us with a detailed invoice/receipt. The invoice was for the exact same amount as the quote. Nothing added. We were happy and decided if we ever need another plumber we will request David. I recommend the Pink Plumber/ David F to everyone.

We had a second water line with a leak. This time it was in the wall behind the kitchen sink. We had already used and were very happy with David with the Pink Plumber. We called and requested David. He arrived on time. He analyzed the situation and again explained he would have to cut the siding on the outside wall and dig into the concrete. He gave us a quote and reminded us of the recall and let us know that this will more than likely continue unless all the lines are replaced. He went to work, cleaning up behind himself and answering my questions about a complete re-plumb. When the work was complete again he gave us an invoice that matched the quote. I asked him to do a walk through and send us a quote on a complete re-plumb. He left and early the next morning I received a detailed quote for the re-plumb. I am extremely happy with his work and efficiency. Again, I recommend Pink Plumber and specifically David F as your plumber. His knowledge, skills and professionalism surpasses all the others I have used with in his field.

David from Pink Plumber was on time and did a great job getting our leak under the kitchen sink fixed and installed a new faucet. Our hardwood floors are brand spanking new so we were very concerned about addressing whatever the problem was and being 100% sure it was done right. David not only did that but gave some valuable advice on that project and a couple others in our new home. I was also impressed that Pink Plumber could accommodate my last minute need for a Saturday visit on a holiday weekend. Not cheap, but great work!

Antonio was referred to us as an outstanding professional by another plumber. We found this to be true. He provided outstanding service, was on time, courteous, and took extra care in digging up the grass to access the septic tank. The office has a wonderful staff that kept us informed and updated about the arrival time and offered earlier service when another appointment was finished early. Great customer service! We will use The Pink Plumber again.

David from Pink Plumber diagnosed the problem and repaired problem by re-routing line to house resolving multiple problems and potential problems. Finished work over a weekend and came back to make sure all was good.
