Magnificent. The Pink Plumber representative was Dale Freeman and he did a wonderful job explaining everything that he suggested to repair the problem. Mr. Freeman has nineteen years experience and is very knowledgeable. He is a very personable professional and is trustworthy. He will be our plumber in the future. John recently replaced three toilets an they all seemed to have gone great. The service was great and completed in a very reasonable time. As the days proceeded one of the toilets began having problems and nobody could identify the problem or think of possible causes other than the toilet it's self (even HD). Then John came by again and was able to identify the cause and fix the problem. He also took the time, this visit and the first, to explain what he found and show me things when he thought it would be beneficial. So far after several "flushes" there have been no problems and it's definitely better then the old one I had replaced. John did a great job and I will cont5inue to call on your company and recommend them to others when I can. Already recommend your company to family and they were very pleased. Thanks again!

Fantastic! Jason appeared in 30 minutes and knew exactly what to do. He replaced the pipe and installed a water pressure device which will eliminate future problems. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will call for Jason for any other plumbing issues we may have. Well done Pink Plumber

Bryan came out and interduced himself and listened to my problem then gave me prices I chose one and he went to work. He answered every question as he went along he showed me I had a duel compartment tank and showed them to me. I even looked at the tanks before he drained them and after. He put a new filter in . I can’t say enough about a great job and great person Bryan done and is. Thank you Bryan I will definitely call the Pink Plumber again when and if I need because of Bryan,s great work and customer service. Pink Plumber you really need to hold on to this employee Bryan is a rare gem.

Great. New toilet was needed. Installed and works great. Area neat and clean. Everything was explained in detail before any work was done. Got a quote for a sewer tap install also. Checked around and it is a fair price.

Broke something now refuse to fix it

Found out that the plummrers who put the hot water in, really screwed everything up. Long story shot. Never deal with shaddy plummers. Purchased a new hot water heater and it was" properly set up correctly.

It went extremely well. Both men who came to the house (one was Antonio) were all I could ask for in a workman. We asked about having to replace the entire system. Antonio gave us a knowledgeable answer and explained the issues. He was able to replace the lid and say that the system was now fine.

Excellent work with lot of explanation of what and why it needs to be done.

I did not ask for the breakdown in cost as we were in a precarious spot and needed to get the fix as soon as possible. Now doing some research online, multiple sources say to expect to pay $150-200 for a pressure test. Per the attachment, we were charged $1253. Use with caution and get other quotes.

Technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He unblocked the line and make sure everything was properly running. He charged $500 for the clean-out. I thought that was pricey but someone I trusted had highly recommended Pink Plumber and we needed the use of our bathrooms. There was a loud noise as water ran through the pipes. He stated the pressure value located at the inside cut-off point for the water and the pressure value for our two hot water heaters needed replacing at a cost of $800 or there was the risk of pipes bursting due to high pressure being exerted. With that scenario presented I felt I had no choice but to have the values replaced. Pricey ? Definitely! Rip Off? Maybe! Peace of mind upon completion of the job? Definitely!

Geoff was professional and efficient. He was pleasant and efficient although the conditions were difficult. .He went the extra mile for me.

Great. Professional efficient and friendly.

The service man (Scott) came and gave us an estimate for $1980 for the complete package. But after we showed him a competitor invoice he agreed to match the price for $1425 when the work was completed he now came up with a hidden charge of $625 to replace pressure regulator which I personally felt it's not needed. He now wanted me to sign a waiver to nullify the warranty which I bluntly refused only for him to be shouting infront of my children to call the cops. So ridiculous. I place a call to his office and he was still threatening while on th phone with his manager. Jeff. The worst technician I have ever dealt with. Though the manager later called and promised to honor the warranty as agreed Todd his action/harassment was a traumatic to my children. Will consider legal action unless a formal apology is made by the Company. He is definitely a bad representation of the organization

Our tech Jack R. was great to work with. he was on time and efficient. He answered all our questions and did what he said was needed to do. work was completed in a timely manner.
