TJ immediately identified the problems, ensured understanding of the issues, and promptly fixed them.

They were quick to respond and assessed issue right away. Techs Cody and Greg were very knowledgeable and openly explained what had happened and answered my many questions regarding the problem and questions I had about our septic system. I would certainly request these gentlemen again!!

It was installed wrong and the pipe blew off and blew sewage all over the basement. The repair was done improperly and involved remediation. The company sent was less then professional. They did pay for it and repaired it correctly. But it took many months. It was an ultimate disaster and hassle. I would not use them again.

Tony was super nice, right on time and thorough. He helped us determine that we did not have a leak from the upstairs shower/tub but from the plumbing vent pipe boot on the roof. We did not hire Tony/Pink Plumber because their estimate was far higher than a competitor. We will consider calling Pink Plumber again for any future plumbing issues.

The call center was polite and efficient. The Crew was able to arrive fast! There was always communication as to when they would arrive. They Crew was professional, polite, honest, knowledgeable and helpful! This was a huge job and a difficult one and they didn't give up! Thank you!!!

The Pink Plumber and John came to fix a leak the same day that I called. John was excellent and knew the exactly what was wrong and how to fix it immediately. He was very professional and exceeded my expectations!

I have renovated for many years. This is by far the worst company to show up on one of my jobs. Everything that was installed was wrong and caused damage to my property. They were rude when I addressed the issues and were slow in making certain that things were repaired.

Our tank was a mess and obviously our field lines as well. Everything was explained in detail as to what was needed. This team was very friendly and very professional. They left my yard very neat and clean. I was so grateful for the last minute response to take care of a bad situation. I would definitely recommend this company and this team to friends and family.

It went great! The guys were very pleasant and helpful in assisting us in making a decision as to what absolutely needed to be done based on our budget. The only problem was that the guys got stuck in the driveway, which is dirt and gravel, on their way out. The ground was very soft due to all the rain we have had lately. I felt sorry for the guys because everything was going so good. I would recommend these guys again.

I would HIGHLY recommend Pink Plumber because of the representative they sent to my home. I know nothing about plumbing. Brian explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. He also wasn't bothered my my children running around the house. Truly professional! I won't use any other company.

Geoff was very courteous. He gave me a couple of options and he showed me everything he would be doing so we could agree on it before he started. He kept me informed throughout the repair and cleaned everything up perfectly. Excellent experience.
