I called The Pink Plumber and Jason was there within an hour. He figured out the problem and gave me a detailed description of what was wrong and what repairs were necessary. I knew the cost before he started the work. I felt comfortable every step of the way. I'll definitely call them again!

TJ did a great job of adapting to the problems inherent in repairing our faucet, once it was determined that the replacement faucet I had purchased was not the right kind. He is very conscientious about his work and gave good recommendations for ways to avoid a similar problem in the future. I plan to call & request him again for a project at my mother's house.

Overall I was happy with this company. They stated that they would call 1 hour before arrival, and gave me a window of when they would be on site. They were spot on with their timing. Cody was very professional. I had anticipated paying a few hundred dollars to have the system pumped and serviced; however, upon examination, it was discovered that the tank had roots growing in it. Cody was very up front about the seriousness of the issue. He explained that the job would be much bigger than either of us had anticipated. He gave me an estimate of $3,000, stating that would be the minimum. That would be the cost to remove the roots, pump the tank and replace the line going into the tank b/c it was overrun with roots as well. He explained that if the roots were present in the rear of the tank and the line exiting the tank needed replacing, and if the field lines were backed up and needed flushing, it would be $6,000. It was quite a bit of information to take in and make a decision on in such a short time. In an effort to work with me, Cody went ahead and uncovered the entire system to determine exactly what additional work may be needed. It turned out that the entire system had roots, and the back line needed replacing and the field lines would need to be flushed and pumped back out. I did not feel pressured to have them do the work. For a small fee (I think it was $125.00 or so), he would replace the lids, cover the tank back up, and be on his way. I could elect to have them come back out and do the work if/when i decided to in the future. I felt comfortable with what he was telling and showing me, so I opted to go ahead with the work. He called in 2 additional people to come help with the job. The only issue that happened was that they cut a gas line by mistake. In their defense, there was an old gas line slightly showing above ground that apparently went to some type of street lamp/lantern at some point (not since I've been there for 15 years). So, being that he could see it, he assumed that was the main line; however, the actual gas line was in a different spot of the yard. He had to call Atlanta Gas Light, and was unable to continue working until they came out and fixed it. It wasn't a huge deal, as we all make mistakes. At this point I realized I would not be able to go to work for the rest of the day, and so I asked him about a customer service discount due to the inconvenience of having to stay at home the entire day, which I had not planned. When he was done with the work, he explained that his boss had agreed to either a $100 discount or a new lid. I really would have appreciated it if his boss had offered something a little more substantial for the extra time I had to spend at home, but in the end I took the new lid b/c $100 off of $6,000 doesn't make much of a difference. Other than that, I was happy with the 3 guys on site, as well as the work they did.

After selecting Pink from three emergency calls, their rep , John R went to work with an air leak test We thought this was going to be an easy couple of hours work and a quick fix. Thank goodness John R was the tech assigned to this issue. He spent the next 48 hours buried in iron pipes and further complicating the detective work to be done was a three day power outage as result of the snow storm, so John was working very much "in the Dark! I personally hovered over the entire process, two additional techs from Pink stopped by to assist and support, but John R carried the load, the responsibility and kept things on track. He took no shortcuts, refused to settle for anything but complete success and identified 12 separate gas leaks, some very minor , some moderate and two large ! His professionalism, quiet measured intelligence , sense of humor and relentless effort to do things right contributed to a a successful completion. On the main day he showed up at 8am and worked until 10.30pm! He was so engrossed in his work he missed charging his cell phone and had no idea his wife was frantically trying to find out if he was safe leaving several messages! I would not hesitate recommending Pink and particularly John R for any assignment requiring Plumbing services, and in the future I would not use anyone but them!

Leak was found quickly and John was very professional and helpful in explaining what the problem was and how he planned to fix it. Quote was given on the spot and leak was fixed the next day.

the job went well except that for two hous of labor basically and no parts at all snaking and digging a 4x10 hole with an excavator the price was extremely high works out to 1800 per hour

Cody and Darnell were a great team to work with and went above and beyond in their work. They stayed late and started early to make sure the work got done in a timely way. It was a bigger job than we imagined but they got everything done.

The tech that was sent out was TJ he was very professional and friendly he keep us informed with the entire process and with every step he performed he then had to call another tech John out to finish the last step of the day he was just as professional and friendly TJ the two did not leave with out making sure I knew all my options for future service I will be using them again in the near future and will be requesting these two techs to provide my services

Bravo Pink Plumber! I called this morning after having tried two other plumbers to even just call me back the past several days. I was so frustrated. The lady answered the phone, "Pink Plumber. How can I make you smile today?" Then I knew I'd called the right plumber. They did make me smile too. I had two toilets that were in need of rebuilding. Trevor was professional, prompt informative of all that he needed to do every step of the way, and kind. He cleaned up both areas too. The price was acceptable. I will call them for future plumbing needs as well as recommend this company to others.

Called Pink Plumber at 7 am and had a new garbage disposal installed by 10 am:-)
