We were very please with the Pink Plumber. We had a pipe burst under our slab and had to call a plumber to help determine what was wrong. They came out on a Sunday and there was no emergency fee. They just charge a standard fee. The actual plumber, John Ritter, that fixed our leak was outstanding. He was very professional, educated us on how the repair would be accomplished, and made sure the job was done right. We would hire them again and would request John.

The repair service went well. Jim worked to complete the repair as soon as possible. He was very punctual and professional and helped me get an understanding of the problem and solution.

It went great we have used this provider before and will use again and very highly recommend.

Cody the Plumber was professional and courteous and came out in the rain to service our septic tank. And gave us a fair price after the job was complete.

Brian Payne and crew were courteous and efficient. The work required wiggling around in a narrow crawl space as well as digging up the yard on a nasty wet and windy afternoon. Well Done!

I was advised they do not provide service in the towns of Newnan nor Sharpsburg (Coweta county in south Atlanta, GA) even though they advertise coverage for the Atlanta area. As added information for other members, they noted a $59 service call fee to come out and give an estimate for the work to be performed.

Was given an hour notice -- Jack was on time. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining what needed to be done - couldn't have been a better experience from the initial phone call to Shegra who was cheerful and very willing to help to Jack who came out to provide the quote on the spot. Love working with Pink Plumber!

Very professional, he knew what he was talking about. But I have gotten two quotes for about 1/5th of the estimate. Very courteous and I was treated with the upmost respect. Very informative, explaining each step of the process. Very top notch company.

Jim came and took care of the problem. He did have to flush out twice because it looked like it not been done since it was put in 12 years ago. Jim is knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend The Pink Plumber!

The man came out/ got out of truck stood on the curb and doubled the price - then said he could not do the job until he called the gas company - the area was not near the gas line which actually had flags from utility digging - then he left - saying why bother to pump it will just fill up - called the office and asked to speak to a supervisor - the truck driver answered the phone and would not pass to a supervisor -

David was very professional and new his business. He was very prompt in getting the job done and was very careful in getting his equipment in and out of our backyard.

I would suggest Pink Plumber and especially Jason Bailey for any plumbing problems in the future and to my friends and neighbors. Jason was very polite and professional. Great experience.

The gentleman was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He dug up and drained the septic tank and then back-pumped the drain field. He then closed everything up and recovered the tank. No fuss no muss. I will call these guys again if I need a plumber.

Very well. Even as nighttime fell, David manned his headlamp and finished the job, cleaned up the work site, and came in under estimate! We have water to the house again. Well done!

Perfect, Preston was very nice and explained everything to me, I am 79. The other man was very nice too. I was very glad to see them. We had a very nasty situation. The Pink Plumber has been here before.

Cody was a great tech and took care of business quickly and explained the issues.

They set an appointment window for that evening but were over an hour late. You could tell I was the last appointment and the technician didn't want to deal with it. I even mentioned it may be the thermocoupler or gas valve. He took nothing apart to examine it. Instead, he declared it was "the wind" and since the wind couldn't be controlled, he could do nothing. Seriously????? The wind???? In my garage???? Either he is an idiot or he thought I was one. So he charged me $59 to come out and not do anything. I have since found out that the thermocoupler was burned out and I do need a new gas valve. So apparently I know more about water heaters than this lazy technician. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY. I guess he thought since I was a woman - I was stupid.
