Very friendly and professional.
Description of Work: I had unusually high water bills and I needed to find out if I had a leak. Tony tested all the toilets, the water pressure, and found no leaks. He also repaired an outdoor faucet and it needed a handle which he didn't have with him, but created one out of parts - very helpful.

Description of Work: Had septic system problems, worse than just a block in the line, Pink Plumber came out, cleared the septic system, drained the field lines and got the system working again. This saved me a ton of money. The two guys spent over 4 hours fixing the issue. I was very pleased and thankful it could have been worse. They did a great job!!

Description of Work: I called on Thursday and scheduled an appointment for Friday between 4-7 I had not heard from them so at 7PM I called and they said they had hoped to free someone up but could not so can we reschedule for the next day. I called another company and had the problem leak fixed the next day by 4pm. I understand things happen but the fact I had to call them to find out the status and I came home early to make sure I did not miss them was at the least annoying. Time is valuable.
