Sager Appliance Repair

This company is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I set up an appointment for Friday, 3/1 the only day during the week I'm home for a dishwasher to be installed. I didn't hear from him by 2:00 p.m., so I called and he said he forgot. Of course, I was frustrated because I had canceled 2 appts to be home for the service to be performed. He said well maybe I can do it later or tomorrow, but got annoyed what time I have things I need to do and need times because getting this done has been a royal pain between Lowes and now you. He said well just forget it then and hung up in my face. I called him back because I wasn't sure what he said and thought we got disconnected, only for him to say just forget it since you upset and hung up again. The most unprofessional business person ever. Do not support this nasty rude man, he started off being very nice but he obviously is very arrogant and feels like he doesn't need to be humble when he makes a mistake and screw over a potential client.
