+ -1 moreI called Monifa in December of 2012. I had 2 rental properties I needed to sell. She sold my first property within 2 weeks for my asking price. The second property wasn't so easy. This took a little longer but I still got almost what I asked for and she was patient with the comical issues that came about, (I swear she could write a book about this sale.) Nevertheless, she never gave up. She always kept me updated in what was happening and she answered all my ignorant questions with such sweet sincerity. I was very impressed with her diligence and patience, the second sell was not without it's challenges. She went far beyond her call of duties and that is what makes a GREAT REALTOR. I'm so glad I found her. She is worth every penny. THANKS FOR YOUR HARD WORK, MONIFA.... IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU. I WILL MISS YOU!! :-)
Description of Work: MONIFA TAYLOR is the best realtor I've ever dealt with so far. She did an awesome job selling 2 of my rental properties. She is extremely PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT, MOTIVATED, and has a great sense of humor. She'll treat you like a friend. She has her clients best interest at heart and has extreme integrity. Don't look any further, you must call Monifa if you're serious about selling your property. I wish she I could clone her and bring her everywhere my rentals reside. She is truly IMPRESSIVE!!
