ProClean Swimming Pool Service

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM, Paid Neville to install a salt cell and he installed it BACKWARDS ! Had to have someone else come out and install it correctly and it still doesn't work because of a faulty sensor box We also paid him to paint our concrete pool and he left it drained for so long the pool shifted and is tilted to one side where now the water doesn't flow the way it should into the skimmer HOW IS HE STILL IN BUSINESS?! he stopped answering our calls and texts and only answered after calling him from a different number. Haven't seen or heard from him since. STAY AWAY!

I tried to call/ text / message him everyday for about a month but he completely disappeared! In the mean time the pool pump got burned out (overuse due to his instructions?) and the pool is looking worse than ever now! So I called the bank to see if I could make a dispute on the checks that I gave him but they said it was too late. They did call him and made a conference call with me on the line. Nevell answered and dared to yell at me and say that he's been busy and then hung up on us!!! What kind of a "business owner" does that?! This guy is nothing but a scammer! Also, he only takes cash or checks, to make it easier for him to run away with your money. To add up, he sent me a fake digital receipt that won't open..

Nevell confirmed the night before service was to be performed, and then did not show up the next day - did not call to explain - did not respond to phone message - did not respond to email - did not respond to text. As he closed our pool this past year, we did not expect him to be this irresponsible.

There were PVC elbows that were not glued and the lines to/from the pump were pooring water. I made multiple calls to him to rectify the problem, all to no avail. I ultimately paid another 600.00 to have the lines fixed. This was only the beginning. The majority of the lines were now under concrete. I have contacted a leak detection service and untimately the concrete will have to be busted. I have attempted to reach this man more than 60 times. He has never called me back. I had a male friend call him and leave a message regarding new service and he returned the call within 20 mins. Once he heard my voice on the phone, he promptly hung up on me. I have never seen anyone so unprofessional. I am determined to expose his as the SCAM ARTIST he is. I understand that people make mistakes, so I offerred him every opportunity to prove himself . I am absolutely convinced that he has NO integrity. Please , please do not make the same mistake I did.
