I called a few days ago to get a quote on some repairs. The phone went to voice mail when I called. I left a message. A few minutes later I got a text message saying It was Trevor from need a fence, and to please text him. (i thought was a little weird) I texted him I need some repairs on my fence. 30 minutes later, hey asked for my address, and for some pictures of what needed to be repaired. I sent both. 2 hours later, I had not heard back from him. I sent another text asking if he got the pictures. No response. It has been two days and still no response.*** Update ***After writing the review, I got a phone call, and a house visit. So far so good. I will update the review once the job is complete. (if I decide to go with them) ***Update 2 ***They came out and gave us a great quote. They did great work. Would use them again.

Company was very professional, provided estimate of work, kept me informed of planned installation, and installed fence as promised at price in estimate.

Need-A-Fence installed fences at my previous home as well as my new home. They are professional, prompt and friendly. They offer excellent product, service and prices! I recommend them to all of my clients for their fencing needs!

A tree fell and destroyed our fence. I called eight fence companies for repair estimates. Victor was the first to call. He immediately traveled to our home on the same day and gave us a great estimate. The other companies never returned my call or weren't able to get to my fence for at least a month. Victor repaired our fence the following day. Great work and very professional!

I called Victor to come out on a Tuesday to provide a quote. We agreed on a price on the spot, with the stipulation that the work needed to be done by Thursday of the same week. The crew arrived on Thursday morning as discussed, and was done by 6PM. They did a wonderful job. The installation was for 225 linear feet of 6 foot, dog-ear style, wood privacy fence. They used high quality wood, 4X4 posts, 4" wide planks, and three cross supports. Also, they installed 2 gates. Overall, I was very pleased with the Victor and his team, and would recommend them in the future.

I requested a fence built around three air conditioning units with additional space for storage. The company built the fence as requested, however, the wood that was used was inferior, the gate was placed so that it was difficult to gain access to the space, and the irrigation line was broken during the construction process. The workmen completed the work and left the property without asking me to view the final product, although I was inside the home at the time of their departure. The owner of the company was unwilling to fix the problems and maintained an antagonistic attitude when asked to replace the inferior wood and claimed it was impossible to change the operation of the gate in order to make it more accessible. He did not offer to repair the irrigation line that was broken by his workmen. Overall, he stood by this inferior job and implied that I, the customer, was in the wrong, and demanded to be paid in full.
