Description of Work: Little Bear Tree Service removed two trees for me recently. However, they don't remove stumps, but instead use a subcontractor. The subcontractor sent his workers out to my house to remove the stumps before he had made sure that the Georgia Utilities marking service had completed their work. If the subcontractor's workmen hadn't checked themselves when they came to my house as to whether all the utilities had been marked, they would have knocked out the cable in my neighborhood.

Description of Work: This company is a ripped off! I have a small tree which I got an estimate for $255.00. Before I get them to cut it, I wanted a second estimate. So I called LITTLE BEAR TREE SERVICE and the quoted me $1,000. They said they need to send out 2 guys to do the job. Fine; but the tree is only 10 feet and has skinny branches. So I guess each of their guy worth $500/half hour. Let say the drop off the tree at the dumpster. So let's round it up to 1 hr. So each of them worth $500/hr. Wow! I need to change my profession.

Description of Work: They trimmed trees in my front yard that were laying on the artificial stucco on my house. They trimmed bushes in the front yard and juniper bushes in my back yard. They trimmed miscellaneous trees in my back yard to the stump. This was difficult to do because by back yard is at a 45 degree angle. | |The job took about two hours because Little Bear Tree Service has about six employees that came to my house. They cleaned up everything and removed all waste.

Little Bear Tree Service was hired by my neighbor after extensive research and recommendations from other friends on tree services.

Description of Work: During a recent storm, a tree at the back of our property broke in half. I also knew that I had several pine trees which were dying. I had Little Bear Tree Service come out to give me an estimate. Our pine trees were dyng due to pine bark beetle infestion. In total we ended up removing 12 trees, some of which were over 60 feet tall. We also had about 6 other trees pruned.

Description of Work: Little Bear cut down two very tall, big trees that were leaning towards our house, another that needed to come down, trimmed branches from another big tree, and pruned a fruit tree. This company knows what they are doing. They arrived on time, and were very professional. The climber roped off the limbs and branches he was going to cut, and the limb/branch fell exactly below the tree. The chipper was huge. They blew the mulch where we wanted it. The yard was not torn up from the chipper, unlike some other companies we've used where the yard had to be repaired and re-sodded The company's employees were professional and courteous. When they were finished, the yard looked great, no leftover branches, twigs, debris. Very good. Would not hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend to friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: Greg Snyder of Littlt Bear Tree Service and his crew were very punctual. They did a very professional job. Actually, thay removed more limbs than they had contracted to do. They did an excellnt job of clean up when they finished. I highly recommend their service to anyone needing tree service.

Description of Work: The owner came by the same day I called and gave me an estimate. He also proposed additional work at a discounted price since he would already be there and could offer a lower price. We negotiated the price and he had his crew on the job the next morning. I had six medium size trees removed, three large limbs from a large oak tree, and several smaller limbs removed from other trees around the property. He also chipped and cleaned up all the debris from the job (including a few small trees that I cut down myself).
