KG Custom Build

Description of Work: I used KG Custom Build to build a small tractor shed for me. They came on site, did all the grading and constructed the building turn-key for me.

Description of Work: We hired this contractor to build a big deck, we paid for all materials with credit card, the deck got roughed in and then things really slowed down as both I and wife work, he and his partner would give me a call at work every Thursday so I could pay him for hours worked that week. This ranged with CHECKS from 1200 to 1800 a week. Both wife and i work 10-12 hour days and she would complain that it looks like nothing was getting done, I keep explaining to her, this is a complicated deck. and it was dark when I got home. We we have a state of the art camera system and without me knowing called my son who installed it as to how to use it, sure enough after being billed for three weeks of full time work by two people and a credit card purchase of $800 (appox) for more materials, the cameras showed that he was there on two days only and a total of about 4 hours, mostly eating and setting around smoking He never finished the job after I called and asked about the fraud and he was not even man enough to come get his ladders and tool chargers and a few other items. I had enough evidence that my company lawyer said we can file theft charges and also take him to court but it was a lot of my fault for trusting him and not checking up on him. It is still not out of question as I may still sue hi personally, before time limitation are up.

Description of Work: KG Custom Builders is currently working for me in my new house. He is acting as my contractor for numerous renovation projects for the new house.
