It was the best it could have been! Everything was first class.

I was interested in having the glass insert replaced in my front entry door. The existing opening was an oval and I wanted to replace it with a rectangular insert. This was to be a rectangular job. I contacted the office and spoke to a nice lady who instructed me to send a description of my request to warehouse@jennifersglassworks.com. After my email was received, I should expect to be contacted by either Simon or David. My first email was sent on 8/12, during business hours - no one from the office contacted me. I sent a follow up email on 8/16, during business hours - no one from the office contacted me. Even if they weren't interested in my job, I expected someone from the office to contact me and make me aware. There really are no small jobs. This inquiry was meant to be a test. I actually have 4 exterior doors that need to be replaced. But, if they can't follow up on a small lead, there's no way I'd trust them with the complete job. Not a good look Jennifer's Glassworks! PS - The only reason why I gave them an overall D rating instead of the F was because of the nice lady that answered the phone on my initial call.

.We purchased a new Mahogany Double entry door from Jennifers Glassworks for our new construction home. The initial sales experience went well and we selected an unfinished solid mahogany door set. When the doors were delivered, the stain color of the doors did not match(one was red toned and one was brown toned). The owner tried to convince us that this was because of the differences in the original wood colors and not the stain work. He agreed to return the doors and try to get the stain to match. I asked them to resand the doors and restain them, because we were concerned that the finish would not be as durable if they just added toner the the laquer finish. They refused to refinish the doors and just added toner over the top of the finish. The doors are already starting to peel after just a few weeks and they are refusing to warrent the finish. These are not nice people and I highly recommend that you look elswhere for your entry door needs.
