I would like to thank Julianna for her dedication and outstanding customer service throughout my entire kitchen renovation. She is the type of employee that makes Impact Counter Tops a great company. Her pleasant demeanor, constant follow up and her ability to find the answers to my questions were exceptional. The Quartz I selected was exceptional in quality and the level of craftsmanship installing it even surpassed my expectations. Agosto the installer did an excellent job with the fit and finish. I have attached multiple photos of the finished project for those who are presently shopping for a worthy countertop company. The photos display what a great job they did with fit and finish and how well they were able to match the countertop marbling to the backsplash. From start to finish a job well done! We used Impact Countertops for a mini reno in our kitchen around the Christmas break. Daniella, Murilo and Esther were great to work with. We went in and purchased one slab and when we went back to confirm, we saw another slab that we liked better. Murilo gave a fair price and let us switch. I received a quote on the countertop I wanted in June 2017. It was part of a special sale. My project experienced many delays. Installation was Friday, 10/13! Made my superstitious side cringe a little, but I now proclaim Friday the 13th my luckiest days! Impact's staff worked well with me throughout the process. They honored their initial estimate. The measurements were taken on a Tuesday. A flawless installation was performed Friday the 13th. I am going back to them for my bathroom vanity countertop. I highly recommend Impact Countertops!
