Description of Work: They replaced my lamppost light, got the photo cell working and replaced light in hall. He was on time, very polite and certainly knew what he was doing within a relatively short time - everything works and I'd use them again! Nice folks. . .

Description of Work: Indoor basement waterproofing. Job required opening up the drywalls and dig a trench along the concrete floor to install a french drain and sump pump. They even helped install a vapor barrier and replace the drywall after putting in the drain/pump.

Description of Work: Was honest and knowledgeable. Evaluated our problems and told us honestly there was nothing to worry about. Another company wanted $8000 to fix what they thought was wrong. Would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: I called Engineering Solutions to inspect my house after a pipe had burst. The engineer answered all of my questions and volunteered his expertise if I needed to call him back after my insurance company settled the case. Travelers Insurance hired their own engineer and both reports were consistent. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and would definitely hire the company again.

Description of Work: A very nice young man came to examine the problems with our home's foundation. Next ste p, s ending an engineer out. Never heard from them again.

Description of Work: just estimate for their solution to water in basement. solution was to bust slab and install trench drains. unfortunately estimator did not recognize this house has a monolithic slab. could have caused serious issues if I selected him to do the work.

Description of Work: We live in a 1940s home, and the floor was starting to sag. The team installed mid-spans and support joists across the back half of our home. They also fixed a problem with our crawl space door (wood was meeting earth--not a great situation). | |When we finally connected, we enjoyed working with the team. They were pleasant and professional on the job. The only problem we had was connecting with them to get the contract finalized. I think their reputation as a great team keeps them busy, and deservedly so. We're thinking about getting the front half of our home reinforced in a year or two, and we'll definitely go with Engineered Solutions again.

Description of Work: Alan came out on time, inspected my issue and provided a recommendation that saved me about $800 from what I thought needed to be done. Even though his company didn't do the type job recommended, he did recommend someone who could do the work for me. | |If I have an issue in the future, I definitely would use Engineering Solutions as I feel they are a very honest company.
