Description of Work: They did a crack injection/cover in two areas of my basement and ran an underground flex pipe off one of my front gutters. I have to give them a B because they unplugged my Main furnace safety line causing me to not have heat for almost two days before the issue was discovered and resolved. I did give their office a call making them aware of this.

Description of Work: Engineered Solutions finished an incomplete wall in our basement that was causing leaks, and they built a French drain under a basement window to stop a leak that was coming in under the facade. They did a great job, were always on time, and incredibly responsive.

Description of Work: Stopped one corner of my home from settling any more. Engineered Solutions employees very focused on my structual problem, wasted no time in working on my home.

Description of Work: They provided foundation wall bracing and pier stability systems for my home.

Description of Work: Eventually came to our home, performed an assessment. Said he would mail a formal, written estimate/proposal but never did.

Description of Work: I made an appointment with ESOG for an estimate on some foundation cracks and had to wait 3 weeks. They sent someone out to do an estimate for me. After looking around and then sitting in my living room for 30 minutes to generate an estimate he never sent a formal one. He verbally quoted me $10,000 for the repairs plus the removal and re installation of my new back deck. I waited three days and then contacted him via email for the estimate. He never responded. I later found he had broken the access panel to the area under my deck and also broke some lattice around my AC unit. He did not tell me he had broken these items. I had two other estimates done that both came in around $3,000. I don't understand why they were more than twice the price.

Description of Work: Very professional group. They come when they say they're coming and finish work on time. They also stand by their word. I've had a few problems with completed work, but they are willing to do what it takes to get it done right -- without me having to argue. How nice it that!

Description of Work: I bought a one hundred year old house and these guys have been great! They send the same tech ( mike) every time. The fixed the sagging foundation under my dining room 2 years ago and when I was having structural issues with my fireplace 3 years later they sent the same guy who remembered my home. He looked over the damage and let me know it was settling due to the new concrete base and was not structurally harmful, albeit unattractive and did not need to be fixed right away. The cost for this in depth inspection and driving all the way to Atlanta: $0.

Description of Work: My experience with Engineered Solutions has not been a good one!Once the inspection was made, which took 2 hours in the crawl space ...I live in a town house.... I never received a bid on the job or follow up contact from anyone with the company. I attempted to contact the company via their internet address to no avail. I don't beg people to take my money!

Description of Work: The rep arrived and inspected the area. Was very thorough. Recommended for a structural engineer to come by and inspect the area so all parties would know for sure what needed to be done. The company was to contact me to set up an appointment. no call yet

Description of Work: I wanted to recommend this company based on the integrity of the representative, Allan. My front steps are sinking and he came out to take a look. He determined it was not a structural issue but a cosmetic one and recommended I speak to a mason. His willingness to do the right thing has convinced me that I will not hesitate to do business with them should I have a real foundation issue.

Description of Work: Company waterproofed side of house that is on a slab. Installed french drain, two underdround pipes that now carry water to county water drain in back. Also installed drain at end of driveway to catch pooling water. Waiting for next big (flood) rain to see if this works.

Description of Work: Jay Eastland came to check my floors to see if they needed to be leveled before I began any work in my kitchen. I have a low area and was concerned that I may need to get it fixed before I repair or replace the floor and countertops. He did a thorough evaluation of my floors and basement and told me that the house was just built that way. He also gave me suggestions on what to do if I do change my floors. In the end, I will not need their services, but it was so nice to have someone willing to come out to inspect it and not talk me into getting unnecessary work done. I would highly recommend them.
