+ -1 moreVery bad experience seeing that I needed this done today because the part has to be ordered.
Description of Work: I spoke to them at approximately 1:30pm. He said he would be here between 2pm - 3pm. I waited until 4:30pm and they never showed up. The didn't even has the courtesy to call and say they wouldn't make it. Granite something may have happened in transit, I hope not. However, when I spoke to him he sounded as if he wasn't sure he could work on my particular dryer which is a Fisher Paykel. I called and called with no answer. I left two messages and never got a response. I would not recommend them to anyone I know.
