DIEGO SCAPES

Diego Scapes came out as soon as we called to give us an estimate. They scheduled the work promptly and performed the trimming and removal perfectly at an excellent price. This company is so much better than more well-known, expensive companies that take forever to get work scheduled. They are amazingly skilled as well. We will call Diego Scapes for all our landscaping needs in the future!

I Would not recommend based on the fact they couldn't get their acts together to show up for an appt. I made an appt for 830a and they guy didn't show up, nor did he call. I tried calling to find out where they were and no one answered. after waiting 1.5 hrs I finally got a call around 10a telling me that they guy "couldn't make the 830a appt" - yeah, no kidding. She then said he could be there at 30 min and he would call when he was on his way. When i called back to get his ETA, all of a sudden the phone rep had no idea where he was. so then i asked for the guy's cell phone so i could call and gauge arrival (note -now 2 hrs late for the appt). She then says that he left his phone at the office, to which of course i say, how can he call me to say he is on the way if he doesn't have a phone??? she then agrees that this will not be feasible.... At this point I told her this wasn't going to work out and to cancel the appt.. to which she said, "i agree!" and hung up on me. the fact they could not show up at a reasonable hour, and not call, and then hang up on me I found to be completely unprofessional.

Very good service and professional

The work is good. They could have at least mowed the lawn though I feel like and the pine straw was overpriced. They do a good job and they are well known in my neighborhood. both of my neighbors use them and their yards are immaculate.

THEY SEEM NOT TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING SOMETIME.
