Avanti Painting

I hired this company because his price seemed the most reasonable of the 4 bids that I received and he was referred by a friend's property manager. Upon completion of the job, all seemed okay, but after living here for awhile I started to notice several issues that needed to be addressed. The most obvious issues were as follows: 1. Parts of my master bedroom closet were not repainted with the new color I had chosen. 2. The master bathroom linen closet door was repainted and reattached before the paint had dried. 3. Part of the archway in the entrance by my front door was not repainted with the accent color. 4. There are many areas that needed to be sanded down before repainting but were just repainted over. 5. There are several holes in the ceiling and by several light switches that were not patched and repaired before painting over them. 6. One side of the fireplace mantle was totally missed and not repainted at all. 7. There are several areas where the paint was over-sprayed onto another color of paint. 8. There are several areas where the paint is already chipping and cracking. 9. Many of the door hinges were not cleaned off and still have paint on them. I tried contacting the owner of Avanti Painting several times but got no response. I was hoping he would stand behind his work and make things right. He was responsive and professional during the course of the job but since he has not responded to me about the outstanding issues that I have, I have given him a "Bad" rating in these areas. Extremely disappointed.
