I have used their service for several years now. In that time I have had a few different teams. They are uniformly professional, capable, and work well without direct supervision. I trust them completely. The office staff is alway courteous and accommodates my needs. I recommend them without reservation.

The crew is great. They are reliable and thorough. You can leave instructions and they are happy to take care of things the way you want them. I have been using them for a year. While I have a regularly scheduled day with them, they are always willing to try to accommodate changes to schedule when they can. There is a quality check process and amazing customer service.

I have been a happy customer of Amazon Cleaning for almost 4 years now. We recently had a situation that warrants an updated, glowing review. We were out of the country on vacation and had some coming in to pet sit our cat. We have a kitty door she can use to go in and out, and apparently she wasn't happy that we took some time away and showed her disapproval by bringing in a squirrel she killed and leaving it in upstairs hallway. They contacted us to let us know about the situation and although this is way outside the scope of what they do, the team took care of the matter completely. They really went above and beyond for us.

They have been cleaning our home every other week since January 2015, and we have always been impressed with their work and their attention to detail. I have been using Amazon Cleaning for almost two years. The same two ladies arrive on time and thoroughly clean my house. They are professional, courteous and trustworthy. Amazon's office staff is always quick to respond to requests or questions. I highly recommend this company.

I love Amazon Cleaning. They do a great job, they are very professional. I have the same "crew" each time, two ladies, who are excellent. I like the fact that Amazon lets you skip certain rooms that you don't use (extra bedrooms) and discounts the price. Then if you ever do want them cleaned you can add them on at the time of service for the cost of each additional room ($5 - $15, depending on size). They come bi-weekly (although Amazon has other timing options as well) and spend about 2 hours in my house for $115 per visit. Each time they finish, the crew asks if I have comments or if I've noticed any areas that I'd like them to pay extra attention to next time - I never have anything, but they always make it a point to check in. I also get called maybe every other month from a manager asking how everything is going and if I have any additional needs that they can address or anything they could improve upon. Overall, just a great company performing a great, professional service. Had them for almost a year and they have always been excellent.

I?ve been using Amazon?s bi-weekly house cleaning service for about 3 months. It's the same team of two every time and they are very professional and courteous. It?s a wonderful time saver for me because it would take me an entire weekend to complete when they do in a couple of hours.

On July 13th, I called Amazon Cleaners to arrange for a detailed move-in cleaning at my family's new residence. I spoke with a gentleman (Christopher) who was very approachable but said that appointments had to be made over their online form. I explained to Christopher that I would be no where near a computer on that day to schedule, but he assured me he could email me the form and I could fill it out and schedule a time that way. True to his word, I received the form from Christopher within moments and filled it out, however it had no place to select a time. I emailed Christopher back to ask about a time to schedule the appointment and heard no response. A few hours later, I received an auto-generated email from Amazon stating that I needed to call in to schedule an appointment time. At this point, I became frustrated due to the amount of time involved simply to schedule a cleaning. I call in and speak with a different individual (I believe his name was Angel) who went over the details with me as to what needed to be cleaned in our house. Once I confirmed that it was a move-in cleaning, he then quoted me a price based on the square footage he received for the house on one of the listing sites. The square footage he quoted was 702 square feet greater than the actual square footage of the home (as they were factoring in the unfinished basement which would not be cleaned). As I explained this to Angel, he said he could not schedule anything until the square footage and price was settled. I cursed on the phone, due to my frustration. Prior to hanging up, I apologized to the person I was speaking to, simply stating that I was frustrated with how difficult the scheduling process was. At this point in time, I told him I wanted to go ahead and schedule the appointment (to avoid further delay) and would accept the higher price until I had time to email Amazon our closing documents which listed the correct square footage. He agreed and I received my appointment for Friday, 7/17/15. Later that evening (the 13th), I emailed in the closing documents with the correct square footage listed and waited all day (the 14th) for a response and a confirmation that the cleaning would still be scheduled for 7/17. I called shortly before 5pm and spoke with Angel who stated that they had received those papers and that cleaning would be fine. At that time, I mentioned to Angel that we would be having painters patching a hole in one wall during the same time and he said that would be ok. Today (July 16th) I emailed Amazon again to confirm the time for the cleaning tomorrow and also to confirm that it would be ok that the painters finish up as the cleaners get underway (with only about an hour of overlap between the two). Immediately, I receive an email from Amazon stating that would, in fact, not be ok and that I would be responsible for an additional $35.00 charge because I was cancelling the lesson, and that Amazon would not be present while painters were in the building. I emailed back explaining that I was not canceling the lesson, but was ready to proceed, and that if there was any rescheduling that was occurring, that it would be on their part. I then asked for the next available appointment, and was told that they could come on Saturday (7/18). Since I had television installers scheduled to come on Saturday to install one TV, I responded wondering if that was ok. At this point, I receive an anonymous email from someone at Amazon asking me to call them at (770) 906-4001. I call that number and am told that the cleaners cannot come on Saturday either due to the TV installers being present. I asked them why the cleaners had to be present in our house alone, and the person I was speaking with said "for insurance purposes." At that point, I asked for the mystery individual for the next available appointment next week, and explained that we had no one coming into the house for work at any point next week. This individual said that before they could schedule anything, the matter of the $35 cancellation fee had to be covered. I explained again that I was not canceling the cleaning, they were, and the gentleman on the phone proceeded to yell at me about how much his cleaning crews cost. I started to explain that I still had not received an adjusted rate due to the error on square footage, and he said he would do nothing for me until I paid the $35. At that point, the conversation was a little more than heated. I asked to speak to a manager, and the gentleman said "I am one of the managers here." I told him that if they would not budge on the $35, then I would be happy to pay it, but would not pay it until services had been delivered and that they could simply roll it into my final bill. I then asked if we could talk about the square footage issue in order to resolve that, and he said no. I then asked him what his name was, and he replied "Peter." When I asked Peter what? (attempting to get his last name), he said "I'm not going to give you that, and, in fact, I think we are not going to allow you to use our services," and then hung up. This entire process was more time consuming, stressful, and unnecessary than needed. Yes, my first interaction with Christopher was great, but after that, customer service went downhill fast. I would not recommend Amazon Cleaning to anyone. As a homeowner who is using their service for the first time, why would you want to trust them in your home while they insist that they be there alone? All in all, it is very confusing, and appears geared towards price gouging and taking advantage of unsuspecting clients. This was, overwhelmingly, the rudest customer experience I have ever had. UPDATE July 17, 2015: After writing the below review in which I have Amazon an "F" for their services, I also posted a similar review on Yelp and filed a complaint with the BBB. Within hours, I received a harassing, anonymous email from Amazon. The subject line of the email was "Legal Action Pending" and it's entirety is below: "In almost 10 years of operation, Amazon Cleaning continues to have a 0 incident rate for crew injury due to OSHA safety compliance. These safety practices were agreed by you, both verbally and in writing. Your multiple reviews failed to mention the written agreement you completed regarding safety. Instead, in your anger laced, troll tirades, you have damaged our good name. Our attorney is going to be in contact with you regarding this and you may be subject to legal action if you do not retract any statements you have made which are libelous and there are several. Our staff had to endure beratement by you today as well including foul language which is also unacceptable. One of your reviews stated that our customer service representative hung up on you, we did no such thing and we have the recorded phone call to prove it, that is also liable which was performed by you. You want a fight, now you have one. Shame on you for attacking us for adhering to safety regulations. What is wrong with you?" -end of email message- After receiving this, I was immediately shocked at the gumption of this company to send anonymous letters such as that (it was sent from an Amazon email address, but not signed by any one employee). I am fairly well versed in OSHA standards and it feels as if Amazon is hiding behind flimsy regulations in order to rationalize their behavior. Additionally, I cannot believe that I am receiving this level of harassment from a business, anonymously, and in a situation where it would be best served for a manager or owner to contact me us resolve everything peacefully. Reading the other reviews for Amazon online, it appears as if Amazon would be better served focusing on customer service from the onset rather than defending their "name" after shoddy performance. It would, and this is just conjecture, probably keep them some business and save them some time to just do things right from the beginning. I only came to Amazon through Angie's list and their high ranking on this site. It is disappointing that a company that chooses to proceed in the manner is allowed to continue to advertise specials on AL. UPDATE #2 July 17, 2015: After having posted no additional information about Amazon on any review website (Angie's List, Yelp) I thought this matter had passed. However, this afternoon, I received an email from a main claiming to be Amazon's attorney. Considering the fact that I simply wished to complain about the service I had received with Amazon, I find it to be distressing that I receive anonymous emails in the middle of the night as well as threatening letters from someone claiming to be their attorney over such a little matter. Normally, misunderstandings such as ours could easily be resolved (as I have stated before painters were only going to be working on one wall for one hour and no ladders or tarps were even used today). Surely Amazon could have begun in a different portion of the house OR could have offered to begin cleaning one hour later. If I was ever given a direct extension to a manager to create a fluid dialog, I assume this could have been resolved without difficulty, but someone at Amazon decided it would be best to send me threatening emails and attack me on forums where I have every right to complain about the service and way I was treated. In no way was I advocating the exposure of Amazon employees to unsafe environments. And in no way was I cancelling this appointment. I wished to have kept it, and believed that we were working towards that end until the associate known as "Peter" did not want to give me his name and hung up. Oh well.

They were fantastic. They were really good. They have very good quality. I got a great value for the price. They did a great job. I've used them two or three times and they were fantastic. They did deep cleaning. It was two people and they were here most of the day and I have a large house. They were doing the whole work. The value for the money was unbelievable to me for deep cleaning.

Our crew arrived on time. They were thorough an professional. Our home looked beautiful. They went above and beyond what was expected.

The Quinto team is very hard-working. They are always on time and they always leave our house looking spotless. There aren't any streaks left on the stainless steel appliances or footprint smudges left on the floors. The blinds and baseboards are dusted regularly, and I love that they take out the trash, put everything back in its place, and make little designs with the toilet paper and Kleenex. This is the most reliable cleaning company we have worked with in the Atlanta area.

It was great. Not only was all the dust gone, the rest of the house was just as clean as it usually is (and that is VERY clean). When they were going to concentrate on the dust, I assumed there would be less focus elsewhere, but that didn't happen. Tehye also called me after to make sure that the problem was really solved. We are (too) busy and rely on Amazon to keep our house livable and clean. It's been 2+ years and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Reliable, quality, customer service. Done!

I have them come in once a month, and they are always there as expected. I get emails and voice mails starting a couple of days before reminding me that the appointment is coming up. I also had them do a turn key cleaning on a house we are selling, and they did a very thorough job. I recommend any time someone asks about housecleaning services. They are very professional and prompt. I always love to come home to my newly-cleaned house when they've been there!

The whole experience was smooth and pain free. They did a great job keeping me notified of when they would arrive and when they would finish the work. They arrived on time and finished well within the amount of time they promised. The work was high quality, and I'm extremely pleased with the work. I would definitely use them again.

First, let me say that they did not do a "bad" job. It's just that my idea of clean differs from theirs. The biggest problem I have with the work they did is they used absolutely zero cleaning products outside of the bathroom(s). For everything else they simply used a damp cloth. I asked them about it and they confirmed they only used cleansers in the bathrooms. In my experience it's hard to get much of anything "clean" without any cleanser. Water only goes so far - then you're just pushing dirt around. A 2 person crew was in my home for almost 5 hours and they couldn't complete what's on the list. This is NOT a large home - it's 3 bedroom/2.5 bath with a bonus room. Here is a list of items that were supposed to be done (taken directly from the company website) with notes on each item: ? Deep cleaning of all bathroom areas, including hard to reach areas and tile - acceptable ? Kitchen cleaning including inside of microwave and outside of cabinets - microwave was clean - cabinets were not ? All baseboards will be deep cleaned with damp cloth - wiped down ? All blinds will be deep cleaned with damp cloth - wiped down ? Vacuum upholstered furniture in main living area - acceptable ? All floors will be vacuumed and mopped with appropriate house cleaning agents - wood floors quickly "mopped" and I had to point out spots that were missed ? 16 Foot Extension used to clean high to reach areas like ceiling fans and cobwebs - acceptable ? Any door with glass, the glass and doorway are always cleaned - not done ? Dusting all furniture, fixtures and picture frames - acceptable ? Clean vent fronts and switch plates - wiped with water - not cleaned ? Remove cobwebs - acceptable ? Clean Laundry Room including machine surfaces and floor area(if not in basement) - not done ? Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined - acceptable ? Linens changed(please leave on bed for cleaners) - not requested ? Vacuum under bed and easy to move furniture (if accessible) - acceptable ? Inside of all window sills - wiped quickly ? Empty trash - done You can see from the list that several items mention being deep cleaned. Wiping a baseboard and blinds with a wet cloth does not deep clean them. When I asked about the outside of the kitchen cabinets, I was told it was grease and it wouldn't wipe off with water. No joke! A simple squirt of glass cleaner took care of it in 2 seconds (I did this after they left). My house was (is) by no means dirty so it should not have been that difficult to clean it up. This was intended to be a surprise cleaning for a stay at home mom who was out with the kids. I was definitely disappointed in what was left undone. I was asked to rate the crew on a piece of paper while they stood in front of me. When I rated them 4 out of 5 (again - not bad for what they did) I was informed they could not leave before I talked to the office. They are not allowed to leave with anything less than a 5 star rating. Great idea - but poor execution. I explained to the office person I spoke with why I gave a 4 instead of 5. He asked to speak with the crew again and they attempted to wipe down a few more things. They then quickly again blamed "grease" and I proceeded to have them leave.

The whole process was very smooth and professional. The crew came in and completed a 3 bedroom/ 2bath home in about 3 hours. My home has never looked so clean and they even hit all the little details. I definitely will be using them in the future.

We have been using Amazon for almost four years and I have only experienced outstanding service. The same crew comes each time so they know our house very well and do a thorough cleaning under three hours. They are professional and honest. One time a wine glass was accidentally broken and they contacted us after the cleaners left to tell us about it and ask how much they would need to reimburse us. A lot of cleaning companies probably would not have done this or said anything to us at all about it. Highly recommend!

We've been using Amazon Cleaning for almost 5 years. The cleaning crews are very thorough in their work and thoughtful regarding our personal items. Most importantly, we can't say enough about Jerry and the other staff members in the customer service department and management. They are always so accommodating and perpetually have a "no problem" attitude whenever we've had to reschedule an appointment. Even last minute, and even over the weekend. Also, we've found their pricing to be reasonable in comparison to other companies we've heard about who service our friends and neighbors' houses.
