Perfect. Jose and Florina were prompt and meticulous. Not only that, they asked for an additional hour to make sure everything was done right...at no extra cost! Bonus. House looks great.

They charge me by the hour and it's usually for four hours. We added an extra thousand square feet, and they kept the same price. Whenever we need to add the fourth floor once a month, they just charge an extra $40. They have a quality control company that comes out once a month with them to check their work. I call them if I questions, or a complaint, and then they call them. It's nice and I've been using them for three years.

Two lady clean 3 bedrooms 1 bath. The two living rooms too they were very fast and friendly. They put everything they moved back in order.

As always, the service went very well. We have 2 ladies that come out and they are very thorough and very fast. I have most all hardwood floors and they take care to mop without heavy wetting. Bathrooms and kitchen cleaned and mopped and if I see anything missed, they complete it for me and remember that item on subsequent visits.

These guys had a legitimate issue with their email and phones which is why they did not respond to my calls and emails. They called me yesterday and were very apologetic. Very kind. It went well. I have employed Amazon Cleaners for about five years. They are nearly always punctual, and bring a two-person crew, almost always the same crew, so that they are well familiar with my house. The cleaning takes between two and three hours, and the they clean the bathrooms and kitchen and all the house, including the back porch, except for storage closets. They dust and vacuum, including dusting ceiling fans and chandeliers which are high off the floor. The mop and polish hard surface floors in the bathrooms and kitchen. The crews are friendly and helpful and it's a pleasure to do business with this company.

The service is excellent and I always feel like our house is much cleaner than before they came. We normally get the same crew week after week which is really nice because they get to know our house.

We have a 2,200-square-foot house, and Amazon does a bi-weekly cleaning for $115. They do a great job on the cleaning and actually put things back in place - our past cleaning services would leave blinds open, leave items crooked, etc., but that hasn't happened with Amazon. They provide a lock box for your key, and I always get a call and email a few days before they come as a reminder. We've been using Amazon for a couple of months now and are happy with them.

Lucia and Beatriz are always thorough, punctual and pleasant. It is nice to have a team that you can trust. The value is all there and I will be keeping their service. Amazon always sends an email reminder two days before the appointment and a call the day before.

We have used Amazon Cleaning for over 2 years now and they consistently do a great job of cleaning our home. Their communication is great and the quality of their work is very good. I literally haven't had a single issue with them in the entire two years. One time the crew got into a car accident so they called me and sent another crew instead about an hour later, that was about the most difficulty I have had so far. In my opinion this makes them truly a great company compared to their competition in this industry.

We have worked with Amazon Cleaning for several years now and cannot fault them for service. The office staff are always so responsive and if we should have a specific request for the cleaning crew, this is relayed accurately and immediately to the crew. They use different crews and the work was decent enough. Not spectacular but passable. I used them for their good reviews on Angie's and they seemed to be fairly easy to schedule. Let me be clear, I can clean a lot better than they can but of course it's a trade off when you don't want to do it or don't have the time to do it. I'm a live in property manager, they just told me that unless they deal with the owners of the property directly they couldn't do business with me because of insurance reasons. I then said that the owners pay me to deal with all contractors and this would not be doable. I asked if the owners could sign something to absolve them of liability. Peter went on to say that it has to be an on going relationship with the owners only and said it was not up for debate. Sounds like a crock to me but oh well, their loss. Plenty of services elsewhere.
