Description of Work: They did a great job, very professional.They left the house feeling spic & span. They shined up a glass top table that had been a smudgy challenge for years. I was happy that they were very thorough. In the walk through at the end, they happily re-cleaned the up stairs bath tub.

Description of Work: Amazon cleaning started with overall spring deep clean, then general cleanings about once a month. There was a couple who came, and then two young ladies, and then a single lady. They all had different methods, but house looked and smelled good afterwards!

We have guaranteed scheduling and always have backup crews on standby so our visits are guaranteed to happen. As a courtesy, we will always send an email reminder 2 days and a phone call 1 day before arrival so our valued clients know we are coming. We made a commitment to all of our clients to take our time and not rush, as a result we do not overbook our crews, they are instructed to double check each others work and go for quality first and not focus on speed, as a result we can provide a very high and reliable level of service but the tradeoff is speed, this system causes us to be slow. For that reason, we do respectfully ask all new clients to review our arrival time policy and help us find the best fit for long term service at either the first of the day 8AM arrival or allowing us to provide a free lease/rental lock box so that we can be provided safe/secure access and at the same time, free up the time of our valued clients so they do not have to wait on us. We have had tremendous success with this system and are grateful to be able to strive for quality and not have to rush from home to home. If consistent quality is your focus and not having exact arrival times throughout the day is something you can fit into your schedule, we are the company for you!

Description of Work: Called Amazon Cleaning on a Monday morning to setup an appointment for an estimate. They asked for my email address and stated they would be out on Friday around 11. At noon they still hadn't arrived. At 11:30 I decided to call the office and was told that I needed to fill out some information that was sent via email, which I never received an email from this company. Very disappointed!

We are so very sorry for the misunderstanding but do want to clarify this is incorrect reporting! Per company policy, we do require online registration so any potential customer can review our terms/conditions regarding safety, arrival and communication. Any and all new customers are notified of this and to be double certain of no chance of communication, we read this portion from a script to ensure no chance for error. What was communicated to this valued prospective client was that we do require online registration so that we know what address and how to get in touch with the prospective new customer. Unfortunately, the online registration was not filled out as requested and notified, thus, we were not unaware or informed of any booked estimate as we had not been provided location and conduct information. We were very disappointed that we received an F review for this when we did respectfully inform that we did need to know the address, contact information and that we would call the day before to confirm once the booking was completed. In conclusion, we take this to heart and want to sincerely apologize for any mis-communication here. We will review our online booking procedures and add an additional disclaimer that no estimate will be booked without the online registration being filled out to double remind that we do need a physical address and phone number in order for us to go out for a free quote.
