Description of Work: Though scope of the project was included in the terms of service listed at http://amazoncleaning.net/services/turn-key-services/, Amazon Cleaners begged off, saying that they couldn't clean dust off walls after a floor refinishing job because of "insurance". Ridiculous. I have 7-1/2' ceilings - they didn't bother to validate scope before rejecting the job. When asked to recommend someone who would actually want to do some work, there was no further reply.

Hi [Member Name Removed], We are very disapointed to see that this prospective client, whom we never performed any work, decided to give us a bad review because he was not happy with our insurance and osha safety protection standards. Walls and grease removal from wood are not covered by our insurance as is common with most cleaning companies. If given the same set of circumstances again we would make the same decision. Amazon cleaning is always going to error on the side of asset protection and safety. Also, by reviewing the scope of work agreement for a turn key cleaning it clearly states ceiling and walls are not covered.
