In order to ensure total satisfaction our crew will always require a final inspection before leaving to make certain total satisfaction. We realize we are guests in your home and there is a learning curve. This client had us out one time to try us out and then decided to have us long term on an every two week basis. We will always send the same crew out so if you really enjoyed a onetime visit and want a long term interval set up, we will make a point to match you up with the same crew as very important details like chemicals to use, things not to touch or specific items to pay close attention to are very important for us to get right, not just once but each and every visit.

Amazon Cleaning service did a fantastic job! We recently moved here and tried several cleaning services; all did fair jobs, but Amazon out cleaned everyone. I was impressed when the owner toured the house initially and reviewed how his crew would clean and the products that are used. If there was something that I asked to be cleaned, (a large spot on the rug) he politely mentioned how it was not covered by insurance and that his crew could not be responsible if the rug became damaged. On the day of the scheduled cleaning (which was the day that was convenient for me, not a day which they could squeeze me in), the crew was on time, clean and polite. They started cleaning right away and completed on time. They did not sit in my driveway for 10 minutes and take several smoking breaks like several other services I've had in the past. After the cleaning, the crew & I toured the house; everything was spotless & the house smelled fresh and clean! The owner phoned me to make sure I was satisfied with the job, and is eager to hear any suggestions on areas to improve. Also, he is flexible with the schedule if I need to change my day or time. I am also grateful for the phone and email reminders a few days before. This company is truly a gem who goes to great lengths to satisfy their customers. There are not many companies out there these days who strive for perfection like Amazon Cleaning!

We are always here to better serve so please call us anytime! Regarding scheduling, we make sure to keep extra crews on duty at all times so we can handle last minute requests/changes. In addition, prospective clients are offered their day of choice! We plan ahead to make room for all days. We take pride in not changing schedules as well. Once we have you booked into a rotation, we will keep it that way. We schedule plenty of time in between visits so our crews are not in a hurry. For that reason, we will not claim to be the quickest but rather focus more on quality and details!

My main issue is with the manager, Jerry. The cleaners did a decent enough job, but every time I called Jerry, he gave me the impression I was bugging him. When our regular crew up and quit, a new crew was called in. Some things did not look like they were going to get done, and I called Jerry to advise him of the possible issue. After his constant blustering about immediate notification and strict anonymity, I was shocked when the cell for one of the cleaners rang, and the worker asked if I had called the company to complain. The workers are not even supposed to have cell phones on the job!!! I don't even know what to say about the lack of management and customer service with this company. I have asked them not to contact me ever again, and I will be finding an alternate cleaning service.

This client had shared with us, upon meeting them the numerous bad experiences she had had with other cleaning companies. After working with her for a few months, it was clear to us why this was the case. We have customer guideline standards that we require adherence to before entering any service relationship. The primary respectful requests we require are, 1)direct contact with the home office not the crew. 2)Non exact arrival times if not first of the day and sticking to the exact 3)printed scope of work. In addition, 4) Excessive rude or unprofessional verbal conduct is not permitted or tolerated. This client violated all four of these and we subsequently discontinued service. In order to preserve the morale and safety of our teams, we do need to respectfully request adherence to our customer guidelines. If faced with a similar situation, in order to protect our organization, we would do the same thing. Always better to be safe than subject our crews to an unhealthy work environment. Lastly, the charge that we violated anonymity is categorically false. We were in agreement that a final signoff inspection would be completed and the crew was asking the client if they could do anything to improve. The client interpreted this as something different entirely.

HIS RESPONSE: "Hi Brian, -Due to Liability concerns, we are not able to move heavy furniture even if sliders are under to prevent injury or damage. For this reason we must cancel the service for tomorrow until we can make certain the scope of work is understood. We have a very safe record for non injury and damage prevention and want to make certain that we are able to operate in a safe manor. Respectfully, Jerry 'Amazon Cleaning LLC' " At which I replied - do what you need to do per your standard operating procedures, and I will be happy to pay you. but please don't cancel.... I don't see any reason as to why he would cancel based on asking some basic questions....I am really disappointed that the "Best" company around didn't want to do business with me after asking a few simple questions...
Description of Work: Was quoted to have a deep cleaning the next morning. I was quoted to have a deep cleaning. We were all setup for the next morning. Jerry called me that evening, stating that it would be a different crew....I sent him an email or two with additional points I would like addressed as I have never had someone clean my house before.. The next thing you know, he canceled the entire appointment at midnight stating, "obvious differences". I told him that I didn't care that much about what I had asked about, and to please not cancel as I have a pregnant wife and guests coming over the next morning and we needed the help...that is why I called the "best" around that morning... I called him this morning, calmly, to try and smooth things over, he stated that "the case is closed" and told me that they didn't want to do business with me... Here is a copy of the email that I sent him and apparently made him cancel on me... "Jerry, A follow up to our phone call this evening... I am a little disappointed about the change in crew from what we discussed this morning, however, I will trust that your crew is good... Since I won't be able to talk with them at all, here is some info: - Entire house is Hardwood floors, some area rugs, 1 tile floor, 1 carpeted bathroom - Floors, baseboards and all cabinets (including bathrooms) need cleaning - Stainless Steel Oven & Dishwasher - manufacturer says to only use "water" to clean the stainless surfaces... Everything else stainless, do as you wish - Please dust inside stereo cabinet - Please, no chemicals on LCD screen unless specifically designed for LCD screens - Please have them also clean the interior doors between the rooms and closets (standard white interior doors) as some look "dingy" - all living room furniture is on sliders and can be moved easily for cleaning behind it. Sorry if this list is a little long, I have never had someone in my house to clean before and it feels a little strange. I hope that your crew is as good as I think they will be. I will be here when they get here, leave at 8:30 for a meeting and be back by 10:30 or 11AM at which time I can pay them. There is much more to the story than this. We did not simply cancel this job for no reason. We had a number of very ethical and sound reasons for doing so, most importantly the physical safety of our crew. After covering our job safety guidelines(which took about 25 minutes when it normally takes about 30 seconds) with this client earlier in the day, during business hours, we had to repeatedly explain and re-explain the majority of our customer guidelines regarding scope of work, oshea compliance, required final inspection etc. This potential client wanted to debate the majority our safety and customer guidelines. We openly post these guidelines and review them before entering into any short or long term work assignment with a new potential client. They exist for the safety of our crews and draw very clear and necessary boundaries regarding professional verbal contact, chain of command and safety requirements that we are required to follow for the preservation of our crew morale, health and safety. We were very reluctant to enter into a working relationship with this person because of his strong tendency to try to run us in a different direction, most importantly the very strong desire to ignore our requirement of not being able to move heavy furniture. If we move heavy furniture, we run a much higher risk of personal injury or receiving an insurance claim for scratching the floor. Despite this potential client’s strong preference that we do violate our oshea compliance guidelines, we were able to reach consensus and permission to operate how we are required to by our insurance and oshea compliance standards. At about 11PM the night before, we received a voicemail that he changed his mind and was going to expect us to violate a few of our agreed upon oshea compliance requirements, namely moving heavy furniture. This confirmed our concerns that we would have a very serious problem if we sent a crew out on this assignment. We immediately called and cancelled the job as we would do anytime we are not able to operate according to our insurance and oshea safety restriction. We have every right to refuse service if we feel the safety of our associates could be at risk. This was actually a pretty easy call for us to make and would do so if faced with a similar situation in the future. Much better to be safe than sorry!

My house looked amazing afterward. There was an initial mix up with the crews, and Jerry was very responsive and fixed the mix up in addition to offering a discount for the services. That was very impressive to us given most other providers have shown little anxiety or effort over timeliness. Definitely the platinum service providers in cleaning!

We do keep specific comments confidential but instead, police our own employees with random audits so that our valued clients can always feel comfortable approaching us with areas we can improve upon. We do double check our work before leaving but the door is always open for some of the finer details which are specific to each home owner's preferences.

If you plan to have them on a regular basis, the first time they come they do a thorough clean of the entire house and they take about five hours so you have a baseline. They get you to approve it and then you are on your way. The owner is extremely good at following up, he personally answers every call and email, he answers every answer you have, and I don?t believe I?ve ever waited more than 30 minutes to receive a call back. From what I?ve seen so far, it is the best service I?ve seen from a cleaning company. The price depends on what you have done. They send two people and they probably spend about three hours. I have no criticism at this point in time. The reason I chose them is because they had a significant number of positive reports.

It was the initial cleaning that they did in my house and I am going to have them clean my house every three weeks from now on. They were very professional. There are so many different types of hardwood floors these days so we have 3 or 4 different approaches to get the best presentation. Team came for a "deep clean" of the house. They were here for 8 hours and did an amazing job!!!! Polite, professional, and very hard-working. I called the manager that day, and booked them for weekly cleanings. I've walked in to my home every day since, and thought "gosh it still smells great, and looks awesome!" They worked around my children and my dog with no issues. Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!!! Can't wait to see them again!

We worked a long time to devise a system to keep our performance constant. In the end we went with a major league baseball approach of a minor and major league system. The rookies have to earn their keep in our turnkey division. Only once they achieve a certain level of consistency and high scores, are they allowed to progress into the majors. The same goes for our major leaguers. There is always a young team looking to take their place so they must actively compete to stay on top. This is one of the systems we adhere among other motivators to keep our service levels consistent. If we are getting anything but an A letter grade, please contact the owner asap and we will quickly and tactfully make the necessary tweaks to get on track.

I recently moved into a new home and didn't have time to do a thorough cleaning before moving in furniture, etc. The owner of Amazon Cleaning called me within minutes of my request for service on his web site and was at my home 2 days later to give an estimate. He was very thorough in looking over my house and explaining what would be done and by whom. I requested an initial deep cleaning that he estimated would take 4 hours and cost $165 which I thought was reasonable. The cleaners show up as scheduled and actually spent 5 hours cleaning my home. The entire house was spotless when they finished and the couple worked extremely hard. I will be using Amazon for ongoing cleaning as well.

One thing about this owner, he answers the phone all of the time. Within five minutes he will get back to you, very on top of things. They also use higher end equiment and supplies which really makes a big difference. They are not the least expensive out there but very organized and they answered a number of times if there was anything they could do to customize or make their service better. All in all, their attitude was very pleasant and I felt that they were really on top of things. They even do quality checks!
Description of Work: Amazon Cleaning performed a "detail clean" on my home. I have two large dogs so this was NOT an easy job. The crew arrived in the time range given and got right to work. They made sure to vacuum and dust all surfaces including baseboards and corners so to be free of dog hair. When completed my house looked and smelled as clean as if I had spent all weekend on it!

I called them Monday for them to come and they came Monday afternoon. They were wonderful. What I liked about them was that most of their products were green and when they did not have one, because of the short notice, they did not bring it into my home until they asked my permission.

Overall, I've been very pleased. The same crew cleans most every time. They do an exceptional job in the bathrooms and living areas. The kitchen area is cleaned well enough, but then again I'm very particular about my kitchen. Even though the crew routinely cleans only 2 levels of my home, I really appreciate the fact that they vacuum the basement rec/sewing room and gather the trash on every visit. Only one cleaning session out of twelve (so far) has been less than acceptable. A call to the office quickly provided an acceptable resolution. The crews keep detailed notes on their customers. The lone "substitute" crew knew exactly how to handle my geriatric canine, who is none to keen about having strangers in his home. I hope to continue with their services, as long as the budget will allow. In my opinion, it is money well spent. It saves me time on the weekends and allows me to concentrate on more detailed cleaning tasks that I rarely seem to have time for.
Description of Work: Have used this service to perform biweekly housecleaning since August 2008. Change sheets/make bed, dust, vacuum, bathrooms, general pick-up. Very thorough, including blinds AND baseboards every visit. Price is for 2690 sq. ft. 4 BDR 2.5 BA home.

They were excellent. They came out and did the estimate first and that was really nice, to meet somebody who could give me a dead-on estimate. They didn't charge me a penny more. Everything that we discussed is what they did, and they did a great job. They came out about two days after I talked to them, which was really positive also. The price was pretty fair. I would absolutely recommend them to others. I'll be calling them again.

Wonderful! My apartment has vaulted ceilings, and they managed to clean the ceiling fans! I would definitely recommend them for a thorough cleaning.

They've done a great job cleaning. I've got two pets so I'm not an easy customer. They were friendly and professional and were able to accommodate my scheduling requests. You can probably find services that are less expensive. But, you get what you pay for with these guys.

I was blown away by the quality of work. The appliances looked brand new and my bathroom looked like it did when I moved in 3 years ago! The attention to detail is what really caused me to be a repeat customer.
Description of Work: The crew cleaned my apartment from end to end. Living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Carpets, tile floors, and windows were done as well.

I was so impressed with the complete job these men did. The place looked so clean it was like we never were there in the first place. They answered all the questions we had both before and after they finished, and the price was very good. We very highly recommend them and will use them again.
Description of Work: We were moving out of our home and needed someone to come in and completely clean the entire three bedroom, two bathroom space. They came in and scrubbed the place from head to toe, taking about 4 hours or so to completely finish the job. They used cleaning fluids, buffing machines, and vacuums to do this.
