Amazon Cleaning LLC

We've been with Amazon since August 2012 and they are AWESOME. The deep clean was very thorough from the baseboards to the ceiling corners. The best part is we have the same crew every week! I can count on them to do the job right and take good care of my house. I'm also impressed by the little things they do. My crew always places my daughters' stuffed animals on their beds in cute little groups. It's not part of the job, but it's just something they add. They have made my life so much easier because I now spend my weekend with the family, not cleaning the house!

We have been using this service for several months, and we have been very pleased with Amazon. They are polite, professional, reliable and always do a great job. I love that I can modify my services from time to time. For example, last week I added "interior oven cleaning" to my list of regular services, and it was best $20 I've spent recently.

From the first cleaning to the present, Amazon Cleaners has done an excellent job. They are very easy to work with, and the cleaning crew is always anxious to please. We have had no problems at all with Amazon, and recommend them highly.

Great job. Super nice to work with. I have a challenging dog and the people that came were good with him. Not the cheapest I found but it was definitely worth the money. Would definitely use them again.

Couldn't go any better. The two man crew came in and cleaned the entire home within the 3.5 time frame they quoted. I inspected the home after and it was spotless. Looked completely different from when I purchased it. The customer service is what made me choose this company. Very friendly people to speak to on the phone. They were able to fit me in with next day service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer of Amazon Cleaning for over a year. When I first started with them the cleaning crew was scheduled to be at the house at 10:00 AM on Thursdays every 2 weeks. I thought the crew was professional and very open to do anything I asked. After about 6 months the crew started arriving later and later. This was problematic for me because both my husband and I work from home and it disrupted conference calls. Plus our house is only 1,000 square feet so there just isn’t anywhere to go to escape the noise. In a few instances I had to do conference calls in the car. Then on a scheduled cleaning day I was out of town and after waiting until about 1:30 PM my husband had to leave for an appointment so we missed our scheduled cleaning. I had a discussion with Amazon and they pushed hard to get a key from me so that they could get into the house. I was uncomfortable with this because we have 2 dogs and 1 of them does not like the vacuum cleaner. So Amazon suggested that we switch to Tuesday’s at 8:00 AM. That way we would be the first appointment of the day. We agreed to try this and it worked well for about 4 months. Then Amazon missed an appointment due to a scheduling snafu on their end. A month or so has gone by and now they have missed another appointment. When I called to get an explanation I was passed to Jerry, the supervisor, and when he heard the frustration in my voice he said that Amazon policy was to continue the conversation via email. They did not have phone conversations with upset customers. I pointed out to him that if I am too busy to try and keep re-arranging my calendar to be able to have my house cleaned I am too busy to have a conversation via email. He stood firm that this was their policy and when I said either give me an explanation now or else we were are terminating their services his response was “thank you for your business”. Overall I thought their crews did a very good job but there is some sort of issue on their end when it comes to committed appointment times.

Amazon Cleaning does a good job, at a good price. We have a consistent crew.

Both the Company and their cleaners are very pleasant to work with, and are very accommodating. If I want to add some extra cleaning on a particular week, such as the guest bedrooms, there is never any question of not being able to do so. I always get the same husband and wife crew, and I find that very helpful as they know the layout of my house and what needs to be done. We have an agreed window of time between which they are to start and finish and they have always met this. The work is done efficiently and well. If I am home during their visit, they never seem to have any problem working around me and my two dogs. Amazon Cleaning have proved to be 100% reliable and, based on service from prior cleaners and quotes from other services before I took them on, they are competitive in pricing. I have no concern about them having access to my house in my absence as their people have always proved to be trustworthy. I am very happy with the choice I made.

I received a quote on Monday, the ladies were there cleaning before I went to work Tuesday morning. Communication was open and clear about what I needed done and how they would complete the cleaning. The price for the continuation cleaning is significantly lower than this initial cleaning, and I look forward to having Amazon Cleaning return to clean my condo on a regular basis.

I used this company for over a year and was very happy with the team that was cleaning my house. From the start, the owner was responsive and available. Not sure what has happened to this company but for the last two months (4 visits), I've had to deal with set off alarms, police coming to my house, coming home and finding all of my lights on (after being gone for 5 days after service), them not setting the alarm when leaving, locks set that shouldn't be (and after giving them a detailed instruction list of how the alarm works, to turn off all lights, not to use the deadbolts in certain areas, etc.). I tried for 4 visits (2 months) to give the new team of cleaners they sent out a chance to take the time to make this customer happy but I was finished after, for the 4th visit in a row, I got off a plane to find a message from my alarm company about my alarm going off. Worse, when I contacted the owner, he literally hung up on me after telling me he'd have someone else call me. The best cleaning company in Atlanta has turned into the worst. Don't use this company unless you want the police out at your house every time they come and especially not if you travel a lot and don't want to find your home unsecured when you get home from a trip. UPDATED SEPTEMBER 24, 2012: The person who responded to my review on 9/17/2012 FLAT OUT LIES. I have numerous emails going back 2 months, from Angel, only asking that I send them directions and assuring me that it wouldn't happen again. Never asked me to do anything with alarm at all. (I gave them explicit, written instructions telling them which key to hit on the keypad whenthey first came in the door - which would start the beeping.) I'm flabbergasted that this person came on here and lied like this. I'MGLAD THESE PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY HOME ANYMORE!!!! Not only are the people they hire not very intelligent, the company has obviously been taken over by liars. Ashame. BTW: The Quality grade was for this crew that replaced my original crew in July, 2012. Problems only started when you replaced the crew with one that was not intelligent enough to read a piece of paper.

Wow! Awesome job, I almost couldn't remember what it was like to have a clean house. The team was very punctual and consisted of a man and women team. They arrived at 1:00pm and worked diligently until 6:00pm. They cleaned everything, removing items from surfaces in order to clean and polish and then putting everything back in it's proper place. My kid's rooms were probably the most challenging, and after they were complete they looked and smelled clean. My kid's commented on what a great job they had done of their rooms. And did I mention that they change your bed linens as part of the standard service! I would highly recommend Amazon Cleaning. They are coming again this Thursday, 9/13/12 to do a second visit, for a regular 2 week rotation.

I'm sure, as with other reviews I have read for them, Amazon will blame the customer here too. However this was my experience today. --I called and was told that the only way to schedule service was with their web form.--I filled out their web form, which didn't have places for standard things (like room, sq. footage, etc), so I put the rooms in the comments. --In response to the web form I was both called and emailed to collect the information I had already left on their webform (ie - rooms).--I replied telling them the rooms were in the comments, added a room, and told them that their process was frustrating, at which point they just stopped communicating. If you're going to demand that customers use a web form for scheduling, at least make sure you collect the information you need. In general the process of scheduling an appointment is not customer friendly.

It was a very good experience. Everything was handles very professinally from the first meeting for the estimate to the actual cleaning. All were handled on time and efficiently. i could not have asked for anything better, and the work performed was excellent.

Overalll they did an awesome job. Very through and I was completely satisfied.

Called to get a quote, wanted to know if service provider used employees who passed background checks or just sub-contractors. Would not tell me. Price was very high over 500 dollars for a one time cleaning, and then he said they were booked 30 days in advance. Do not use.

They are great. They have good customer service. They are flexible if you ever need to make a change. They are reliable. Their price is good. It is always the same people cleaning your house so you get to know them. They are also really good with reminders.

They are very thorough. You get frequent reminders for appointments which I like. They are always there on the day they say they would be there.

I am really happy with them. They have been doing an excellent job. They do a thorough job. They are always on time. They have been able to accommodate if I need to switch the day or push out the cleaning a week. They communicate very well. I get a reminder email before the cleaning. They are very easy to work with overall.

Overall it went well. They had me do a walk through when they were finished to make sure i was satisfied. As far as the basement was concerned they did a little sweeping and cleaned a sink that was down there, but nothing further (which was fine for us considering it's unfinished). They could not reach the top shelves in closets or on top of the kitchen cabinets because they are only allowed to clean anything they can reach from a two step ladder for liability purposes. I was a little dissapointed because it adds to my to do list, but not the end of the world. Also there was some gunk on the bathroom wall that I wanted washed off but it couldn't be completed because it was on a painted wall and they did not want to be responsible if it rubbed the paint off. (Something like that I think a cleaner should do if i'm standing right there and giving you permission). They did a fantastic job with the stove and the fridge, baseboards, floors, blinds and windows. I have not made a decision yet if this is the company i want to use for my regular cleanings, but I would definitley recommend them for the move-in or move-out cleaning. The rate was completely reasonable and the job was overall very good.

The price was good, but their work did not live up to their advertisement. They were puncutal and nice and focused on the specific things I mentioned before they started their work - the refrigerator and the dishwasher. Both of those were cleaned extremely well. But my pleasure ended there. They finished too early in my opinion and I don't think they followed the move out cleaning list of items that would be cleaned (which they themselves advertised!). I opened a few drawers in the kitchen and bathroom and they had not been cleaned (again it was listed that these are included in the move out cleaning!!). They quickly wiped them down (only those that I had opened!!!) and I called it a day and let them go. I would not use them again! False advertising. FYI I have used about 3 or 4 cleaning services for my condos when tenants move out and NEVER has any of them done a good job. It's not because I'm too picky either. They just don't do what they say they will!!!!

I scheduled an 8-11 cleaning and left instructions at the front desk of my building to allow access. I kept my phone with me that morning, afraid there might be issues with the crew getting in but it went smoothly. Condo looked and smelled great.
