The Amazon team(s) are great. Professional, friendly, and consistent. I look forward to the days they come out. There is nothing like coming home to a clean house. Everything from small cleaning details, to the fresh smell, and the rosettes on the toilet paper rolls! (Those make me smile . . .silly, but nice touch!) We have four large dogs, so the team has to battle dog hair as well. Our house is smaller, and we only have the main floor (kitchen, half bath, dining, living room, stairs, hallway), plus the upstairs master bedroom and two bathrooms cleaned. The teams are thorough and efficient. Any time I have had a question, I just pick up the phone and call. I've never had any issues with response time, rescheduling, no-shows. Even though we sometimes have different teams come out, the quality remains the same. And if I notice anything I would like done differently, added on, or changed they are happy to accommodate. The initial visit is a deep clean of the areas, which is a higher cost. But it is serious deep cleaning. I recommend this once every year or two. They spend a lot of time making sure everything is perfect. The regular visits (every other week) usually takes about 90 minutes. I love recommending Amazon Cleaning!

Things started poorly with this company. They have had issues with both their phones and their email. So they didn't know I was contacting them. Which was frustrating to start out on a bad note. Used their service for several months to clean our 1200 square foot townhouse. Crews would often arrive late. Crews kept quitting. And they would often send new crews who I would have to reintroduce to our home and explain everything to. The crews would stay for no longer than an hour and forty minutes, sometimes two hours. They would forget to wash the hardwoods. They would not do a good job on the bathrooms. When I made a complaint yesterday that the tub was still stained from usage and that the floors were left undone, they sent me an email saying that the cleaning crew quit because they were asked to return k complete a job they were asked to redo. And here's the really offensive thing: they took photos of the entire inside of my house without asking. They sent me the photos to "prove" it was clean. A complete and utter invasion of privacy. I was stunned. I wrote back and told them that cleaning crews don't leave their employer due to just one redo. Obviously there is more happening behind the scenes, most likely due to how management has been treating them. And to try and blame it on me is unfair. Done with using them. Wish I had never hired them. What a waste of time and mo why.

It always goes well. They bring a crew of two and all their equipment. It takes them about three hours and they do a thorough job. I try to straighten the house before they come, but if I leave something out, such as a towel, they will leave it neatly folded. If I have special requests, such as they clean a rug in a certain way, they comply.

Initial set up with office was efficient as was onsite quote process. The crew is great; courteous, thorough, and we trust them in our house. Has been the same crew each visit so far. We are very pleased with service. Office calls the day before service and periodically checks in for satisfaction check.

Juan and Dulce were unbelievably hard working and thorough. I have never hired professional cleaners before in my 23 years of being a homeowner, but with out-of-town guests arriving for Christmas, I wanted to get all the areas I didn't get to on a weekly basis to be cleaned. Areas in the tub and shower that I could never get fully cleaned, looked like new. Grease on the stove that I could never fully remove, disappeared. I would also like to mention how easy it was to communicate and schedule an appointment with the main office. I am seriously considering using Amazon Cleaning for more regular cleaning of my home to keep it in the best shape possible.

Luis and Gloria at Amazon Cleaning are amazing. I'm very particular about cleaning, and I can honestly say they hit every corner and crevice of my house. Our bathrooms sparkle and there's not a speck of dog hair left in the house after they've been through. Gloria even poses our daughter's toys so they look like they've playing while she was away. We've scheduled them to come every other week!

Amazon Cleaning is absolutely amazing! Their crews are detail oriented and never leave anything untouched. From the folded toilet tissue to the clean fragrance left in the house, they're worth every penny!

Every visit has gone well. The staff is professional and they bring all of the supplies and equipment. They do a good job cleaning and they are efficient. I've used other house cleaning services in the Atlanta area and have been disappointed in the quality, or they aren't on time, or they don't show up. Amazon makes this process stress-free for me as they are dependable, consistent and do a great job!

We've been working with Olga and Luiz for the past few months and their service has been great. We have no concerns about them being in our home when we are not there and their cleanings have exceeded our expectations which were set by our last service provider. The man arrived early for the appointment, but appeared very uncomfortable and did not want to sit down and speak with me or go over any type of paperwork, which I found strange. My dogs were outside, so I don't understand his behavior. He quickly walked though the house then handed me a sheet of paper and said that he would go back to his office and call me with a price. It is of note that previously when I called the company told me that it would be approximately $115 every other week for service. The man never called me back. Instead he sent me a paper in the mail with the highest price I've ever seen for housecleaning. They wanted to charge me over $300 for an initial cleaning (my house had just been professionally cleaned, 3 weeks prior) and $175 for ongoing cleaning. I've used a few different services over the years, and this price along with the lack of information and just general impoliteness made me steer clear.

They were great and fantastic. I'm hoping to get them going here pretty soon again.
