We requested to have the same crew every time and Amazon was happy to accommodate this request. The two individuals who come to our home nto clean every two weeks are reliable, thorough, and very professional. They do a great job and are happy to do any special requests, such as using or not using a particular cleaning product. We have been very happy with the service and plan to continue using them.

The cleaners arrived early and were already unpacking their equipment when I arrived. The crew was professional and cordial and got to work right away. They did all of the things you would expect (swept, dusted, wiped down base boards) and did an incredible job with the really tough stuff. The refrigerator had mildew all over the door. It is now spotless. The toilets and tubs were stained and grimey. Now they are bright white. The fans are free of caked on dust and the walls are free of cobwebs. The crew from Amazon did a fantastic job.

it is always great to come home after Amazon cleans our house. They do a really good job. A few days before they come we get an email and phone reminder of the date and time they'll be coming to clean. I've never met the cleaning crew, but my wife has. She says they're very pleasant to deal with. My contact with Amazon has been on setting up the service and the billing dept. Since our basement gets light use, we only occassionally ask for it to be cleaned. At first there were a few hiccups in getting that straightened out. That is, whether to clean or not, and whether to bill for the extra work or not. Whenever we had issues, Amazon was quick to respond and correct the bill. They even went so far as to toss in extra services for no charge on a following visit to make up for the slight miscommunication. Also, they treat our house with care. I fired the last service because they kept banging chairs into our walls and leaving marks that I would have to paint over. I have no such concerns with Amazon. A+ work.

I hesitate to write this review after seeing the response that was given to another reviewer back in September whose review sounds eerily similar to our experience. Nevertheless, I have trusted Angie's List to provide a wide range of information when searching for providers, and hope that this is helpful to someone else. The short version: Ultimately, the communication with Amazon Cleaning was painful, at best, when resolving a billing issue, and they appear to have some major issues in their accounting practices that don't allow them to actually track or properly reconcile customer payments. The long (and detailed) version: We began using Amazon Cleaning in the summer of 2013 when we purchased our home. They came out promptly for a quote/estimate, and began pretty soon thereafter for an initial cleaning, and then to continue on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule. There were a couple of instances where things weren't quite as clean as we expected, but overall, we were really really happy with the services. I knew there were cheaper options available, and we had considered investigating other options, but it was convenient and I didn't have any glaring reason to change services. That began to change on February 16th, when I received an email indicating the prior week's payment hadn't been received. I was glad to receive such a notification because I had set up auto-payment for delivery 3 days prior to each visit, and without such a notification from Amazon Cleaning or my bank that there was an issue, I assumed all was well. I immediately checked my online banking system, which showed that a payment had been delivered on Feb 9th and cashed on February 10th for the visit that was conducted on February 12th. I replied within 2 hours of the original notification, providing this information, and indicating that if Amazon hadn't received the payment, to please let me know ASAP so I could follow up with the bank to see who had actually cashed the check. Peter replied, indicating that a payment had arrived, but that it was applied to the next previous visit, so could I please provide information about that payment. At this point, it seemed like something was off further in the past, so I provided a list of all payments and visits going back to the beginning of the year, including check numbers, the date of delivery provided by my bank, and the dates the checks were cashed. At this point, Peter replied that they scan all of the checks, and were showing that they sent notifications on several dates back in to December that payments hadn't been received. I searched my email for the dates he indicated and did find emails from Amazon Cleaning, but they were clearly not notifications that payment hadn't been received. Here's a copy of the entirety of the text of the email that Amazon claims is their notification that payment hasn't been received: We appreciate your business. For smoothness of business operations, we respectfully request payment on date of service. Thank you for helping us give the best service we can. Thanks for choosing Amazon Cleaning! As you can see, there is absolutely nothing here to suggest that this was a personalized or even account-specific email, nor is there any indication that payment hadn't been made as agreed. Had I received notification of an issue on any of the prior dates, as happened when I received the one on February 16th, I would have immediately taken action to investigate and ensure that everything was in order. I let Peter know that I had found emails from them, but none indicated an issue, and further provided information about all payments going back a month before the first date that he indicated they saw an issue (check number, date of issue, date of delivery, and date cashed). I then asked if they could reconcile this with their records and let me know if they were missing any specific check numbers or to let me know when things went awry. The response seemed to understand my concern about the emails not being explicit and Peter assured me they'd look in to their reminder system. Instead of providing information about any missing information, the reply I received requested that I put a credit card on file with them to avoid "this type of situation" in the future. At this point, I was nervous at the prospect of sharing credit card details without understanding why one of my payments hadn't been credited to my account as expected, and asked for additional details about what happened. Ultimately, I exchanged 17 emails with Peter over the course of 3 days, during which he became increasingly condescending, and despite having indicated that the matter was resolved, insisted that we had missed a payment. Further, that their reminders were timely sent (the ones that weren't actually account-specific) and thus the problem was that we hadn't ever responded to these "notifications." The claim about scanning checks was false, and Pater later backtracked saying they scanned them for deposit but kept NO RECORDS of the checks they received other than as they are credited to a customer's account (so no backup scans, check numbers, or anything to actually be able to reconcile in the event of a typo or mis-application of funds). I also provided bank copies of checks going back to November, and asked to cancel our services immediately given the time spent dealing with this and the accusatory nature of the communications. I further requested that since a payment was already in process for the next scheduled visit that they return that check without cashing it (since services wouldn't be provided) or provide a refund (again, because it was for the next scheduled visit and I had provided bank proof of all of the payments within the window during which something apparently happened in their accounting). The last response I received (even though I had provided proof of the payments) was that Amazon would send me a check, but "We had in our records that we were short one visit so to go from that to us owing you a visit is something we do not agree but will refund if you feel strongly." It's abundantly clear that their are issues in their accounting, since even though I had provided every piece of proof they wanted, and made clear why I was requesting a refund of the next payment, they were still insisting that I owed them for a prior visit.

They are incredibly professional, and the best cleaners in the whole world. I think they have magical powers. I cry when they leave, because I want them to come back every single day.

We have been customers of Amazon Cleaning for several years and we love them! They are extremely thorough, and very respectful of our belongings. It is so great to come home to a clean house. The team that comes to our home actually sings and laughs. That says a lot about a company. We recommend them without hesitation!

I have been using Amazon Cleaning for almost two years. The same two ladies arrive on time and thoroughly clean my house. They are professional, courteous and trustworthy. Amazon's office staff is always quick to respond to requests or questions. I highly recommend this company.

Amazon Cleaning has been cleaning my home for several years now. They send the same crew almost every time, so that they are familiar with my home and know how I like them to proceed and what needs special attention. They do an excellent job cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, removing stains from the floors, vacuuming carpets and rugs, dusting furniture, counter tops, blades of ceiling fans, chandeliers, and so on. They clean my screened in back porch, dust and vacuum the outdoor furniture there. On request, they will clean the refrigerator and the stove. The crew arrives at the proper time and takes about two and a half to three hours to clean the entire house and back porch. They always leave the house neater than they find it, e.g., towels folded, new garbage sacks. Their service has been first-rate and I have had no problems with them. They collect all the trash and garbage and place it in the proper receptacles. The office has been responsive to several requests by me to re-schedule service due to family problems. The office also calls from time to time to check on the performance of their cleaning crews and to see if I have any concerns. I highly recommend their services.

Amazon has been cleaning our house for years. They always do an excellent job. Every crew is professional and pays attention to detail. The house looks and smells amazing when they are done. Even things like blinds, baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans and light fixtures are dusted. If we ever need to reschedule or want something extra done, they have always been able to accommodate us. The office team is very responsive. I especially appreciate the care they take to make sure our pets are kept where they need to be for their comfort and safety.

I have been using Amazon Cleaning for bi-weekly house cleaning for over a year now. I continue to be impressed with the level of service provided by the company and its employees. Here's a few reasons why: 1) Their cleaning crews are prompt and courteous and treat my home and it's belongings with care 2) Unlike an independent cleaning person, Amazon Cleaning is large enough to provide a replacement crew when my normal crew is sick or on vacation, yet they're still small enough to be responsive to my individual needs 3) The company regularly sends a quality control person to ensure the crew is meeting Amazon Cleaning's standards as well as my own 4) When they make a mistake (mistakes happen), the company promptly notifies me of the error and offers to make amends... I like this kind of integrity :-) I will continue to put my trust in Amazon Cleaning and highly recommend their services.

Amazon cleaning always does a great job. They are always on-time, professional and friendly. Whenever I have a question or need to reschedule, they are always just a phone call away. They are competitively priced and I would definitely recommend their services.

They not only clean the normal stuff, they also clean all the blinds and do a much deeper clean that any other vendor I have used.

We have been using Amazon Cleaning for about two years now, and I have no intention of giving them up! The cleanings are thorough, consistent, and they are always careful to listen to our preferences. In the two years that we have been using the service, I think we have had problems with punctuality twice. Both of those times, our concerns were promptly addressed and accounted for. They are also really great working with schedule changes, even at last minute.

Very professional. The scheduling was pretty easy. They did a great job. The people that came were very friendly. My kids were there the day they came and they handled the situation very well. Probably not the cheapest relative to other people I used. But, I feel like I got what I paid for.

I found Amazon Cleaning on Angie's List and hired them in April 2014. We have lived in the same home for 22 years and have only had two other cleaning services for that entire time. This review is completely true. Upfront, we made it very clear to Amazon Cleaning management that we prefer one consistent crew. For the first few months, they sent different cleaners and switched crews around a bit, so we again reminded the management we preferred a regular crew. We finally settled in with a crew we liked and things were fairly satisfactory. We did have some minor damage and cleaning product issues, however we worked with Amazon Cleaning management and our crew to resolve them. Then recently, without notice, on two separate occasions, they sent unfamiliar cleaning crews. The last crew that came to clean our house did not speak English, however I assumed and trusted they were trained on how to properly and safely clean a home. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Not only did they do a terrible job overall, they scrubbed my stainless steel appliances with a rough nylon scrub pad that is meant to be used on an electric glass top range. It left visible scratches all over my appliances. Amazon Cleaning management said they would take care of it but that did not happen. They chose to blame me saying that I left the cleaning pad out. Then they really insulted me by saying the scratches were already there and also were minor and not noticeable. Completely untrue. They have refused to talk with me directly. Bottom line, Amazon Cleaning will not send you a consistent crew. You are not allowed to leave out any other cleaning products or let their crew use anything but their products. You are not allowed to communicate with the crew directly and must communicate through the management for all issues or changes. I would avoid them if you are looking for properly trained and consistent cleaners.

Great service. The staff was very helpful and sensative to my requests about scheduling (it was a busy time and I was a last minute caller). The place looks and smells great. I will definitely use them again.

I love my cleaning crew. They are conscientious, hard working, and want to know if we have any special requests, and if we want them to pay special attention to certain areas. My house always looks, feels, and smells refreshed after they are done.I am glad that it is the same crew every time - they can learn which areas need the most attention. I am really happy with them.

These guys are excellent! Asa the male of the house selecting a cleaning agency can be a little tricky as the wife is pretty picky. The initial consultation went great. Very professional, price was good - and, they were able to use environmentally friendly, green cleaning supplies! That was it - wife was happy! Not to mention the crew is fantastic, they do a great job - every time, very consistent. The company is very professional, they call weekly to remind you, they email you to remind you - great!

It is very nice to come home to a house that is spotless and clean. They are reliable and consistent and do great work. They even make the beds after we wash the sheets. It truly feels like coming home to a clean hotel room and it is a great feeling.

The two cleaning ladies arrived right on time and did an absolute perfect job, cleaning room by room. I could not have asked for a better service!

Lucia and Beatrice are wonderful! They are very professional and punctual. Always ask me to check their work if I am home at the time of the cleaning. They are happy to meet any special request I have, like vacuuming the curtains. I have 2 cats and the hair gets everywhere. I have a 1,500 sq. ft. home and the price is very reasonable for once a month.
