Could not have gone better. Fast response. Came when scheduled for estimate. Provided detailed estimate and took the time to explain where needed. Cost was great. The work was delayed a couple of days due to weather but they were in touch the entire time keeping me updated. When the weather cleared, the roofing team arrived early and finished in a day. Cleanup was fast and thorough. Follow up after the fact was 1st rate.

Very professional! Our quote was less than what our insurance company paid for the replacement roof. We had 0 out of pocket expenses and were able to upgrade to a Architectural shingle with 50 year warranty roof. Our roof looks great and the crew cleaned everything up. Great experience.

Arrived when they were supposed to, and completed work in one day. Used a trailer for trash disposal so there was no dumpster for three days. Ridge vents were installed and a "cricket" added to channel water away from the chimney. Near perfect clean-up.

The guys did a fantastic Job. They started early and was completed with cleanup by 2:30 pm. The only issue I had was with getting started, there was some mix-up with scheduling and I lost a day. They apologies and took a little off the bill.

I had two other roofing companies come over before Adamson and they couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. They were more concerned with selling me a roof. Adamson was great. They were there on time, inspected the roof and leak, took pictures and called me back with a quote. Very honest in their assessment of the problem. The work was completed on time and a great job. Lucky to find them and would highly recommend. Easy to work with.

Adamson's did my next door neighbor's roof a couple of years ago. I've seen the quality of their work everyday since then. After having several quotes done, it was a no brainer who to go with. They were by far the best price, and from the time I contacted Len to get the project scheduled, I had a new roof in one week. ONE WEEK!! And, his crew was able to knock it out in one day. ONE DAY!! We obtained three quotes from local roofing companies. Not only did Adamson have the best price but also offered product that carried longer warranties for both labor and materials with low cost extended warranties. They were professional, on-time, and work was completed as promised. When the job was complete, everything was cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were here except for a new roof!

From the start to the finish Len and his crew were very professional. They showed up on the day we had arranged to bid the job and gave us a fair price. When the prearranged installation day came the crew showed up at 7:30 am and got right to work. Our roof is quite large ( nearly 60 sq of shingles) but by the end of day two it was completed. They cleaned up very well and went over the entire area around the home with magnets to catch any nails. Overall it was a fantastic job.

Overall, I am 100% pleased with the service, price and product quality. Len provided a comprehensive estimate which beat all other contractor estimates hands down - using same exact materials. Work was done by a very competent and disciplined installation team, managed by Sal, the lead installer. All debris was cleaned up and removed same day and new roof looks outstanding. Already received many complements from neighbors. Will definitely use Adamson Roofing again and highly recommend their service to anyone needing a roof repair/replacement.

Very professional and personal customer service from the owner, Len. Timely scheduling and response to our request for an estimate and installation. Beat the "biggest" roofer in town by $1,000 for the same shingles, service and products. They took great care with our yard during installation. Worked from dawn to dusk and completed the job in 2 days in the blistering heat and we have a very large roof. They left the yard clean of nails and debris both days. We are very pleased with the roof. It looks beautiful and is now water tight. They went above and beyond and repaired rotted boards and sealed it correctly. I highly recommend Len and Adamson Roofing.

I have been in the rental and property management business for 30 years in the Marietta GA area. It has been that long since I have been able to find a roofer that is not only honest but, on the job when he said he would be as well as price competitive. Adamson Roofing is absolutely the best! He did an excellent job on a replacement roof on two condo units and even upgraded my shingles at no additional charge. He completed the job in one day as promised and obviously went above and beyond to do a superior job and you would never have known they were there since they did an excellent clean up job! Highly recommend and will use again!

My roof started leaking and I called several companies to come out to assess the damage. Everyone said they would be out the next day or several days later. When I called Len he already had a full day of bookings and when I told him my roof was leaking he said, “I will rearrange my schedule and be right out today. I don’t want you to have to worry about a leak.” He told me he would be over in a few hours. His truck broke down called to tell me he would still come out even though it would be late. After his truck was fixed and having to fight 575 rush hour traffic he honored his word and showed up. After my visit he still had several more stops to make and would not get home until 9pm. Len did not have to come that day, he could have said I have a full schedule already. He could have cancelled when his truck broke down but he didn’t. THAT is what customer service is all about!!! Honor and integrity nice to see in this day and age….

Out of all the roofing services that I contacted, Len, owner of Adamson Roofing, gave the best customer service. I had never had a claim before and Len patiently walked me through every step of the way, explaining the process. The roofers completed the job in a day and a half, moved my deck furniture back in place, cleaned up behind themselves and my roof is the best looking on the block. Excellent job!
