ACTION HEATING & AIR COND INC

We have two a/c units servicing the two floors of our condo. The upstairs unit had quit cooling at all, and the downstairs unit was occasionally turning off. We were given the referral to Action by our condo association president. The day we called, Action sent someone out (sorry, my husband dealt with him so I don't remember his name). He topped off the coolant in the downstairs unit and replaced a small part on the upstairs unit - at first he had thought a larger part would have to be replaced, but then realized that only the cap was damaged. Very reasonable and just in time for the summer heat!

I purchased a home that had a 25-year old heating unit and air conditioning unit almost that old. They were on their last leg - and not energy efficient at all. Max was referred to me by my Inspector. I also learned that he had done work at several other houses in the neighborhood. When I called, he was very flexible in working with my crazy schedule to meet me at the house and discuss what needed to be done. He explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions (in a way that an HVAC novice could understand). We discussed the price, which was very competitive and fair, and he worked me in to his schedule in a very timely manner. After the work was completed, he gave me a 'tour' of my new systems. He and his crew had completely cleaned up to the point that you could not tell they had been there (except for the beautiful new systems). Max has a great deal of integrity (very important to me), is super nice, is very experienced and very professional. I like to give my business to small business owners when I can, and am very glad that Max was referred to me.
