+ -1 moreNot good. I paid them for coming out but called someone else to fix and it was less than half of what they wanted to charge me.
Description of Work: the lady was very rude and seemed to get upset because I had questions.

+ 0 moreI had used them once before to repair my dryer several years ago and they did a great job. I called them out to fix my washer after it was making some weird noises and stopped working. They came out the very next day and was able to repair my washer. I told them that my dryer was also making some weird noises when it was drying cloths and if they could check it out. It turns out that my dryer was in danger of catching fire. They didn't have the part but told me they would have it in two days. They came back to fix it in two days and were done in less than 30 minutes. Very polite and professional.
Description of Work: Inspected my washer to find out why it was not working and then repaired it. Then inspected my dryer to find out why it was making weird noises as it ran, and then was able to repair it.
