+ -1 moreThey were not clear on what was in their scope and communication was a real hassle. When they came back to fix things they had messed up, they killed one of my plants and didn't even let us know when they were leaving.
Description of Work: They were hired to do landscaping on my front yard.

Description of Work: They pruned our trees. We have an expensive Japanese mower and they cleaned up.

+ -1 moreThey came on a very rainy and muddy day. I don't think the job was that affecting. The lawn was very muddy and didn't think the treatment was affective. They did not come in the appointment time they came later. One person giving directions and one person operating the machine. They hurried and did not do thorough job and they did it in the wrong conditions. I was not pleased. They were in a hurry to get to the next house. We had to wait on them and they came on another day. They said sorry and said they were behind but they put us on the bottom of the list.
Description of Work: They did lawn & yard work.

+ -1 moreWe have been very satisfied with the consistent service that this company provides. They are very regular, and on time. I know that I can always count on them to take care of our monthly treatment, even if I'm at work. We are happy with the results from the fertilizing. Our grass looks great!
Description of Work: TLC comes out every month to take care of fertilizing our yard and spraying for bugs, such as spiders, ants and mosquitoes.
