Richard and his crew did a great job replacing our pool liner! They workmanship is top notch! They showed up on time and completed the job in a few hours. Their price is very reasonable and Richard is honest, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with! Would definitely recommend!

Horrible experience with this contractor, he was paid $6000 to replace my pool liner add a second main drain, and structurally inject and refinish my steps. He did not install the liner correctly just left it poking out where it meets my steps. the structural injection of the steps consisted of them just squirting canned foam down in the crack at the edges. The resurfacing was shoddy at best, shows run in the coating and just went over the jet fitting. Trim strips were not installed properly either. So bad he even started draining my pool and left with my filter still on. Tried to get him to fix the issues but he refuses to admit anything is wrong. Very unhappy customer. Wish i had hired J and M pools instead

Richard is a guy to work with, he says what he means and does what he says he is going to do. In 2009 Replace liner and change over to salt water system and didn't have any problems!! I will use RW Pool again when I have a new inground pool put in my new home in Griffin!

Replaced the pool liner, reconditioned the 25 year old steps and installed a safety cover. Work was timely, work area was cleaned up after each days work. Total work days was 4 and was performed professionally and in accordance with our contract and understanding. Update: After a few days, I discovered a significant loss of water and immediately contacted RW Pool Service. There response was immediate, located the leak (a puncture in the liner), repaired the puncture and fully covered the costs of leak location and of repair. I would still recommend RW Pool Service without hesitation.

I will always call Richard for anything I need done to my pool! They were outstanding in providing quality, professional work. He gave me a time frame and finished the job when he said! They are quick to call back with any questions you may have. Richard gave us a fair price for everything with no surprises! On top of needing our liner replaced, we also needed our steps repaired, or replaced. Richard was the only one to be able to repair them and save us from having to put new steps in. Very pleased with everything!! If you need any work done I would recommend them!!

Rick and his crew were/are: professional, courteous, timely, and above all customer service oriented! They will work with the customer in all aspects of the transaction and they do EXCELLENT work! Hire them if you need pool work done, I don't believe you will be disappointed. They took a pool I was going to stock with bass and catfish (lol , it was that bad) and turned it into a showy, beautiful, inviting pool. Thanks guys and compliments to the chefs!

They were very polite. The final bill was more than I expected.But I did tell him to go ahead and put the new ladder steps on since they had some with them.

They could have broom-swept up the underlying floor before placing the new liner. There are bits and pieces of dirt/grains that "poke" up. Also a couple of places need to be filled in again with material.
