Excellent. They took great care to protect the landscaping around the house and clean up afterwards.

First class quality job. Good communication through all phases of remodel/construction. They built our garage - this was second project for us with them.

For the first job in 2013 they showed up on time and got the job done quickly and safely. We have a very high steep roof. I would recommend them to others. Price was also reasonable given the height and pitch of our roof. We decided not to hire them in early 2015 for the replacement of the section of the roof because they kept pushing us to file an insurance claim stating that it could have been from storm damage. The price they wanted was high and they continuously mentioned that we should work through insurance even after I stated we did not want to open an insurance claim.

The work they did was good. I like their thoroughness. The cost was okay. My one issues with them was, I upgraded my shingles on the house from the ones that were on there previously and I had to pay additional expense for those. They're supposed to give me a warranty on them from the manufacturer and I never received it. I would use them again but they would have to be very competitive because of the issue with the warranty. I had considered them but I have not used them again.

Rep came out to do an estimate. I received the estimate via email a week after promised. I replied via email immediately with questions and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. Weeks later, I got a voice mail from someone else at the company asking if I was still interested. I returned the call, got voice mail and left a message. It took another 2 weeks to get another voice mail back from them. That voice mail did not answer ANY OF MY QUESTIONS. If this is how they respond before a signed contract...how bad will it be after?

In general it went ok. They were good. The cost is why we preferred this service provider over other providers. They did an ok job.

Don't know all the reasons but the job took more than a 6 weeks to complete. One reason was time it took to order and get parts and pieces needed. Some due to the harsh winter conditions. We were in sunny Florida all this time so no hardship for us. They did not coordinate as agreed with a neighbor who was watching things for us. This included receipt of final payment which I had to encourage them to contact the neighbor to get paid. I believe they need to ensure all employees involved in a job have and follow all agreements and special directions. I called them several times to find out what was happening as they did not or were unable to contact the neighbor. They finally did make contact after my last call and got their payment. Good news, they were not antsy about getting the final payment (they must be financially stable, a plus) and were always professional and respectful. I am sure if we had been able to be here in PTC during the time it took to do the job there would have been no issues. No problems with the company only a few comments. PS I had to also have my Florida house's roof repaired and Keith's company had it done in a week, also excellent work , rational price and competence by his company. I'll get to his review later. So far Angie's list is working, as the top several companies in each category have performed well for us!

I was very happy with the work. They really stepped up and convinced the insurance company to pay for the whole slope where the tree fell, rather than the insurance company paying only for a patch on the roof. He was very professional.

I had a problem and I had Residential Concerns come out and inspect the roof. Eliseo Souchet came out and did the inspection, he said the roof was all in good shape. He help me and we found that the problem was coming from the basement. He went above and beyond to help me figure out the problem. He was such a nice guy and was so helpful. I was expecting someone to come out look at the roof give me a bill for $100 but it was no charge and I had such a good experience I would try to use Residential Concerns for any services they provide

Residential Concerns was referred to us by our insurance company. The folks at RC are professional and knowledgeable, and completed the job in a timely manner with great results. I don't feel qualified to provide a rating for the price value since I did not look for other bidders--our deductible was the same no matter who installed the roof. I suggest calling on them because they are reliable and aim to please. One caution: while there are unforeseeable costs in any job, do double check the estimate prior to beginning. The estimator forgot to include the cost of our new roof vent and it ended up costing us a few hundred more dollars. We owed it, but it was just a surprise when it came time to write the check.

Dawn answered the phone and set the appointment...very friendly and helpful with answering questions before and after the quote. Eliseo came out, as scheduled, and provided a detailed quote...he is knowledgeable, experienced and took plenty of time to explain things. I am in a rental home and collected bids for the owner. The price came in a good bit higher than another bids, but they were still competitive and in my opinion, would provide high quality workmanship. I will consider using them in the future when I purchase a home even though the owner of this home decided to use a different roofer on this particular project.

The person was very detailed oriented but he was kind of distracted with his cell phone and I thought that was a little bit unprofessional. You need to put it on vibrate when you are busy doing an estimate in somebody’s house. He was pretty slow. It was fine to be thorough but you have to respect the persons time and I am not at home waiting for a contractor to be all over my roof for an hour and that’s pretty long for him to come and do an estimate for an entire hour. For me it’s like they are doing a general measurement and have done so many times and maybe it is something new that they are learning or maybe it’s your personality but he was slow. Although I called them it took them pretty long to show up and actually do the estimate. They ran late on their appointment before me and they ran pretty late when they were here. Their prices are very high.

Living room ceiling had evidence of a leak tha t worsened with recent rains. Source of leak determined to be poorly installed satellite dishes from previous tenants and gutter placement on adjacent townhome. Company was persistent in troubleshooting and correcting problem. Second visit was required at no additional cost.

Sent Residential Concerns and another company emails through Angie's list. Residential concerns contacted me the next day. Scheduled for Keith to come out and look at the leaks. He took the time to perform a complete inspection and provided me with a quote. I contacted the office about their insurance. The next day the insurance carrier emailed me insurance documents with my name on it. Scheduled the job after several days of rain. Keith performed the work and showed me the problems and solutions that were performed. The other company still has not contacted me! When it is time for a new roof, Residential Concerns will be at the top of my list to call for a re-roofing quote.

We have had a pretty wet winter and I noticed during a hard rain some water was coming out of the ceiling of the front porch and I had also discovered that the roof had been leaking over the garage area when I went into an unheated storage area and noticed the roof decking in a number of places was dis-colored and in one place was even sagging. I found Residential Concerns close by and had a good Angie's list rating. I can't remember if I called or sent an email. In any event a time was scheduled for Keith to come out an take a look. Ketih confirmed what I pretty much knew that based on the problems I had discovered that a whole roof replacement was required. They sent a quote and I accepted the quote with higher quality shingle. James and Keith came by with some samples for us select the color. The job was scheduled for a few days later. The job was started on Tuesday and done by Friday afternoon. Much faster than I would have expected. The house looks great and I am happy with the quality of the work and the service. I would be happy to do business with Residential Concerns in the future.

When I received the quote performed by Rick, he actually took the time to explain the entire process and what was needed. All of the estimates stated the ridge vent would be installed but only Rick took the time to explain how it would work and what additional work I needed to make it work. They installed the edge vents as well. They were extremely professional. It only took 2 days and that was due to the issues encountered with my roof. They worked with my insurance company, got all the required permits, cleaned up very well. I was truly impressed when they showed up at 7 am to start working! I would definitely recommend this company. I do plan on using them for future work.

They did a good job. They were fast and efficient. They were very nice. I thought most of the price was for labor because shingles don't cost that much but I didn't check any other places so it could have been comparable but shelling out $275 was a lot of money. It was money well spent if it keeps me from having to replace my roof for a while. I would recommend them because of their prompt service and friendliness.

When the guy came out and made the initial contact, he was prompt and professional. They gave us 3 options, we chose the 3rd one, which was the most expensive. They based the 3 options upon price, told us about each one of them, and what to expect in the future. They were extremely professional through it all, were very prompt, called us about how they were backed up on another job, and how they couldn't make it for 3-4 weeks as it was raining. When the guy came to do the job, he spent a whole week here making sure he got it right. My roof is extremely steep, the chimney needed work around the wood, the chimney cap, and the chimney itself. I have never dealt with a more professional company. I got them off Angie's List. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future.

after getting two quotes from other roofers for two roofs, residential concerns said that i only needed one roof replaced and the other roof just general repairs for less than $400. total savings to me of $6,000.

Took his time in inspecting the roof and found where the problem was originating. Explained to me what it was and he never pushed to let him do the work. He left it up to me to fix it or he would be glad to do it. I asked him to perform the work with the pricing he had given me and he had work completed in about 45 min. Explained to me what he did and also took the time to explain what I needed to keep and eye on in the future to avoid another problem with leaves causing a back-up which had caused a second leak. I was impressed by the entire experience and professionalism. I would definitely recommend anyone these days who stills deals with honesty, integrity and the proper ethics of doing what they say they can do and for a reasonable price. It is too uncommon now days.

They are very professional. They call you back when they say they are going to. They are fair in their pricing. I am going to use them for the job.

The service and price were exceptional. The staff was exceptional and wonderful. I would highly recommend them. I would absolutely use them again.

I got three different services done from them. They even did overall roofing maintenance like sealing the cracks. I liked the service. The owner came out to inspect for the leak. He gave me options for extra services I wanted. Basically, they did a pretty good job of locating the leak. They were on time and the service was done fairly quickly.

From the first call to the completed job, Residential Concerns was highly responsive to our needs. They immediately came out to the house on March 11th to provide us with an appraisal of the job. Worked with us when we needed to adjust the job. Started and finished the job on Monday, March 14th. They even changed our third story flood lights!

Residential Concerns worked well with my insurance company to get us a new roof due to hail damage. They were very knowlegeable about how to get everything I deserved and worked well with my adjuster. They even threw in some extras at their expense. As the project progressed Keith, a supervisor, was regularly on site to explain what was happening. Roof replacement is generally a very messy job, but they did everything they could to protect landscaping and other items around the house. The cleanup afterwards was very good. My wife was very impatient for the job to start, and it did seem to be a little while before everything fell in place (thus the "B" on promptness), but all-in-all my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the service and the end results.
