Were able to schedule with relatively short notice, very professional, excellent service and a follow-up call to check my satisfaction with the service.

I had a large patch job in my living room carpet where we removed a wall. The patch looks great and I am very satisfied. Todd and Colby did a great job. They were on time and very polite and informative. They were dressed neatly and clean cut. Their quote was just a couple dollars off what he had to charge. The rates are very reasonable. They left everything cleaner than when they arrived. I will definitely use them again. Overall was a great experience, especially since this was my first time using Home Advisor. From the time I listed my job online, the job was completed in 48 hours.

I had to cancel a previous appointment with Pure Dry due to a family emergency. The representative who performed my home visit estimate, understood my situation and in fact, after about 3 weeks or so, he left a message on my phone remembering my situation and informed me that if I'm still interested in receiving their services, just give them a call. I really appreciate the call and the service was professional and on time.
