Rugs look brand new. Great price, very nice to deal with . I’ll call them again in a few months for another cleaning. Saved me a fortune from needing to pull them up and laying new.

In obtaining a quote, I was clear what I wanted and did not want. The technicians arrived and we performed a walk through. The pet package was mentioned and I declined. It was mentioned again, I declined. The technicians went outside, returned and I was again told that I needed the pet package. I just wanted my carpets cleaned before Easter guests. I did get the pet package and they did a nice job. I don't appreciate someone pushing me into something that I don't want - especially when they are already in my home and I have already taken time off of work for the service. The quote for $299 I got was irrelevant. I did not feel like I would get a satisfactory job done if I did not spend an additional $140.

They actually showed up at 9am and were ready to work! How refreshing...they showed up on time AND got right to work. They did a fantastic job and we will definitely use them again
