Job was done as scheduled, on time, and for a fair price. Paint quality was terrible. Had to finish it myself.

Josh is very efficient and experienced. Absolutely no problems. Not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Never followed up - BUT, he phoned me last evening and apologized, stating the issue was his. THAT, shows his professionalism. I believe I would try him again...

Josh was there on time, did not require supervision, explained what needed to be completed and did a great job. Others wanted to do more work than needed and charge more.

Josh recommend I contact the original roof installer company to determine if my roof was still under warranty. This way the original roofing company could potentially repair my roof at no cost. I did contact the owner of the firm who installed my roof. He came to my home, actually climbed on the roof and did a complete diagnosis with pictures from his phone with the source of the roof leak. The roof leak had nothing to do with replacing the roof flash that Paterbuilt quoted me for. In fact,the owner of the roofing company eduated me that one cannot diagnose a roof leak without actually climbing on the roof to provide a proper diagnosis and customer estimate. I am disappointed that no one from PaterBuilt could climb on my roof to provide an accurate diagnosis and quote. The owner of Paterbuilt appears hardworking and had some personal challenges that day. However, I am glad I did not pay for roof flash replacement that my roof did not need. It would have been more beneficial to schedule an appointment with me when a thorough examination of my roof by actually going on top of the roof to provide a more accurate diagnosis of he source and estimate to repair the leak.

They were very prompt and helpful. The owner followed up with me to make sure I was pleased with the service.

They were fantastic. He performed the work exactly as we asked. He provided a few suggestions that we never thought about that helped with the project. We are looking forward to using them again for our next projects.. Hardwoods, Kitchen, bathrooms...

Paterbuilt's technicians were prompt and polite. They covered everything and made sure the house was cleaned up before they left. The job was done professionally and it looks very good.

They came on time, and they looked very professional. The two guys had name tags. First they put some temporary supports under the breezeway so that they could take all the bad wood off. Next, they replaced the boards and post. I was worried about the small post, so they replaced them with bigger ones. They also used bolts instead of just nails. Both of the gentlemen were very polite. They cleaned up their mess, and I was only charged what the original quote was for.
